Highly recommended great organization.

Friendly and professional organization with great experts who know the products and provide exceptional service. Purchasing a new car was a very pleasant experience and the whole team who was involved in the transaction was easy to deal with.

OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION TOOK 2 1/2 HOURS, AND AS

OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION TOOK 2 1/2 HOURS, AND AS USUAL THERE WERE NO LOANERS TO BE HAD. THIS WAIT IS UNACCEPTABLE. THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE.

Personal Service Advisor

Arrived quite early and was graciously helped; even though I had another advisor to see later in the day. Reviewed my requested service and noted a recall service would also be done and noted normal service work that should be done at milage number. Couldnt be more helpful. A video text appeared when work was done and suggestions made. Paid at the end with him-- no need to travel to another window !! THIS WAS EXCELLENT

They still can't employ enough techs.

They still can't employ enough techs. This oil change/tire rotation took 3 hours. Last one took 2-1/2 hours. Advisor will still tell you "Hour, hour and a half". Right. I learned my lesson a while ago - take the shuttle option.
