Good fast service at purchase

I was in and out in about two hours on the day that I decided to make my purchase. Probably the fastest and most enjoyable purchase experience I have had. Luis is a very good sales person. And I really like their beverage machine!

Best new car experience ever!

Of all the new cars I?ve purchased over the years this the experience at Autonation Lincoln was the best. Nice people. Attentive. Responsive. But without the heavy pressure I?ve experienced in other places. Tim was a great listener and found the right car for the feature we wanted after helping us decide what those should be. They of course offered extra warranty and protection which I usually completely reject because of the pressure. In this case the options were presented by Yordan in a courteous manner and I actually bought an extended warranty that I usually don?t buy because of the approach. Also looking forward to our 90-min appt with the service manager to answer whatever questions we come up with trying to learn the features and functions . That?s a nice touch.

The service department is horrible.

The service department is horrible. They don't return calls or emails. We did the prepaid service for oil changes for the company vehicle. Boss showed up to get an oil change and they sent him away saying he didn't need it. Came back later and then they said the alignment was out, and if he came in earlier it would have been covered. He told them that he did try and come in earlier but was sent away. So we had to pay for the alignment and they didn't even align the steering wheel up correctly afterwards. Time for another oil change and tried to make an appointment but no one would call back. Finally I had to show up at the service department just to talk to someone. George was not friendly at all. Told him we have been trying to make an appointment, and also that the electrical isn't working and needs to be fixed. Finally got the vehicle in, and when it was returned the electrical still isn't working right. Sent an email, and still haven't gotten a response or call back. I'm just glad I don't own a Lincoln because I would never want to deal with their service department again. My service department that I go to is amazing and always take excellent care of me. I would expect better service since the vehicles are so expensive.

The service department is always friendly, honest and

The service department is always friendly, honest and prompt with my appointments. Work generally comes in under estimate. Waiting area in the main dealership is clean, comfy, with computers, tvs, couches, work tables and snacks.

Always a pleasant and honest sales experience dealing with good people, Over the years, we purchased a number of cars here. However, we just traded our MKC for another brand - not because of cost but because of ongoing service problems. Maybe it was the car, but maybe it was the technicians? George Brown, the service manger is great and has always tried to help us out and mitigate our losses but a number of problems should never have occurred and seem to have been caused by the snowball effect from minor service issues - and perhaps mechanics carelessness..
