The work that was done on my vehicle LOL and safety check and new brakes installed we're just fine. I had two other issues my Bluetooth phone being inoperative. My SYNC system in my Lincoln malfunctioning we're not addressed while my car was in the shop. I called back and asked why it was an addressed and the service manager looked into it and let me know that it was a part on backorder. Being totally Fair and clearer I did not address why the Bluetooth was not working.

Took a *full day* to submit my financing application
Took a *full day* to submit my financing application after telling me that it was "all set" at 10 a.m. I still do not have my permanent license plate (2 weeks) and no one from dealership will respond to my emails.

Ed is the best advisor. He listens and executes the issue to the right mechanic. He definitely knows what to do. George aka Skip is awesome. For a manager like I know his customers names and cars is a step above excellent. I purchase two cars from here and had our ford fixed here. It had many issues and Skip took care of it for me. Going to bat to fix the paint that was peeling off the car. The dealership from sales to service excellent.
