Fills customer"s Needs
Sales people are experienced and listened to what I needed and what I wanted in a truck. Only took a few minutes to bring up the vehicle that matched what I was looking for. Sales staff was willing to negotiate a fair price and be willing to give a little on the price they offered. I felt like I was given a fair deal. As a small business owner I know dealers have to make money to stay in business just like I do but not try to make a killing on one customer. The Ford 150 was the best looking truck I have seen on the market compared to other brands and gave me the fuel efficiency on a 1600 mile trip I made to Florida and back so with that said I am pleased with my first ever Ford Product that I bought.

2002 Ford Taurus Service
Service Representative Barbara Myers was an Excellent example of knowledge and help for elderly customers. She and the mechanic were very qualified to serve me and inspect my Ford Taurus dealing with my concerns and since I only have one vehicle provided transportation home and return service the next day due to having to order parts not available on May 15, 2014. I really appreciate Robert's driving me home and bringing me back to pickup my car on May 16, 2014. Again thank you all including Autonation Wolfchase in Memphis!!!

Great team at Wolfchase Autonation!
I have bought two vehicles from this operation in the last 10 years, most recently a 2014 Ford Explorer that I am enjoying. I have also used the service department extensively. Both the Sales and Service departments have met or exceeded my expectations, it is clear to me that both elements of this team are fully vested in bringing competitive value to their customers. After our recent auto purchase, my wife said that was the best car buying experience she felt she had ever had, which is pretty high praise.

Pissed off Farmer
I have never walked into a dealership with a service department as poor as this one. I will never step foot back inside that place. Hope they enjoyed that 1300$ they screwed me out of.

Donot buy here
I bought a 2012 f250 and was told from the dealer that it had a 125 point check done to the f250 when I got it home it had a lot of things that were not even close to any kind of check all they do is wash and put on lot so be careful when buying hear. acalvin was the sales rep

unhappy
one would think when u buy from a dealer that the cars would go though some sort of check list autos don't .so u need to be careful when buying here because mine did not had to buy filter, battery posts ,tire pressure was not right just to name a few
