Definitely a good experience. Wasn't rushed or pushed, gave me extra for my trade. Cassie was very helpful, and Kendall found me great finance options. Couldn't be happier with my CRV

I had a very solid experience working with Coggin Honda, specifically Cassie and Paul. I came into the dealership after falling in love with a preowned 2011 Mazda3 iTouring that was posted on Coggin Honda's website. Cassie was flexible about meeting with me for a test drive and then worked around my crazy schedule to discuss buying. My husband and I did not want to finance, so there was a price range we were looking to stay within for our purchase. I did most of my car shopping alone, so I was communicating "updates" to him via text while he was at work. Cassie was very patient with our situation and even suggested taking the car home overnight so that my husband would get a chance to see and drive it before buying. Paul and Cassie gave us a great price on our trade-in vehicle and we walked out with a FANTASTIC price on the Mazda3. Most everyone I dealt with from Cassie and Paul in Sales, to Kelly Mabrey and Michael Huang in Finance - who I only talked to for a few moments - was friendly and easy to work with! I highly recommend making this a stop in your next search for a new or used car!

Duane Johnson was the best sales person I ever dealt...

Duane Johnson was the best sales person I ever dealt with. He made everything hassled-free. No pressure. Duane treated me and my brother extremely well throughout the purchase of my 2010 Honda Accord. I would definitely recommend Duane. I love my car!! Thanks. :)

This was by far the best experience that I have ever had...

This was by far the best experience that I have ever had when purchasing a new vehicle. I never felt pressured, or rushed. The staff went through the vehicle with great detail and ensured we knew all of the features. I would most definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

This was absolutely the best experience I have had with a dealership! From the moment I contacted them I could tell that they really wanted me to have the car I wanted and they worked with me to make that happen. My deal started over the internet and phone with Jim, "Chief" the internet sales manager. From there I dealt with Michael Huang. Let me just say that when I started the deal I didn't have much faith that it was going to work out. I was upside down in the car that I was driving. I had tried several other dealerships to no avail. These people worked with me to get a deal that my husband and I were very happy with. I sent them pictures of the car I was driving and gave them the mileage and such and they gave me an estimate over the phone. Of course I would have to bring it in for them to see it in person, but when I did, it was exactly like they promised. I drove to the dealership after work and my new car was sitting there washed and waiting for me! I was treated like royalty from the moment I walked in the door! I almost expected things to change when I got there in person but they didn't. I went for a test drive with Michael and signed the paperwork. It was pretty late after all that but Michael still took the time to show me everything about the car. He even helped me set up the wireless features. These people are awesome! Thank you Coggin, love my new Honda!

Purchased a 2013 Honda Accord Coupe V-6 which is my third in a row. Had been happy with service receive over 7 years on my previous Honda. Gino & Danill were most helpful on all stages: test drive, negotiating and follow-up. I would highly recommend them and Coggin.
