Most of us love cars, but after we commit ourselves to buying a car, it's a love/ hate relationship. It's a struggle to deal with all the details. It's not something any of us look forward to. It's not easy...unless you're dealing with Albert Diaz at Coggin Honda. I didn't think I'd drive the distance to Jacksonville, but Alberto listened, worked with me, and after a series of emails sewed up the deal I was looking for. He kept at it until we worked things out. When the day came to pick up the car Alberto explained everything, and had all the paperwork ready. He was prepared. Buying a car isn't always easy, but it's a whole lot easier when you have someone like Alberto's working with you. Thank you Alberto, and Coggin Honda. .

Coggin just ran a YO-YO scam on my mother today, Nov. 1, 2019. She put down a down payment signed contract and was told today she had to sign another contract for higher interest. I always heard good about Coggin, but this ridiculous and even if it is lawful, it is shameful. I will never do business with Coggin again.

Honda on Atlantic has been the only dealership I have worked with---or wanted to work with----for most of my car owning life. Every single person I have dealt with over the years has been courteous and professional. And, I especially want to recommend and praise Alberto Diaz. This is my second lease with Alberto and he has never failed to be professional, helpful and knowledgeable. He is never condescending or dismissive of any questions or concerns. In fact, Alberto goes out of his way to be sure all your concerns are addressed and solved. Sales reps are extremely knowledgeable about their products. This is the second new car I have purchased from Coggin Honda, each time I attempted to go to another dealership closer to my home however they did not know their products. There is a Honda dealer less than 4 miles from my home and another is under 10 miles, Coggin is over 20 miles from my home. Each time I have purchased from Coggin, which has been 10 years apart, the salesperson knowledge of their cars has been overwhelming.
