My buying experience was wonderful.

My buying experience was wonderful. And probably the fastest car purchase I?ve had in a long time. Everyone was so nice and professional. Facility was extremely clean.

I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford Jacksonville.

I had a great experience at AutoNation Ford Jacksonville. After finding a car online and calling the dealership for an out-the-door number, my associate Carla didn't play any games and honored their "One Price" policy. I came from out of town the next day and the car was ready to go when I showed up and most of the paperwork was already complete. During the test drive we found a small issue with the car that the service department immediately took care of. While I was in "the box," I was offered the standard add-ons (warranty, appearance package, etc.) but it wasn't a high-pressure sales pitch. AutoNation beat my pre-approved finance rate and I was quickly out the door for the exact price I expected with what I think is going to be a great car. I would definitely return.

I purchased a 2025 Ford Maverick and spent quite a long time at the dealership. I?ll be honest?I?m not the easiest customer. My friend and I asked a lot of questions and had more than a few debates with both the salesperson Rafael and the manager Jacob. Despite that, these two handled everything flawlessly. Rafael and Jacob are true professionals?calm, patient, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented. Their communication was clear, they never pressured me, and they took the time to explain every detail. After I bought the car, I noticed a few small things that I wasn?t completely satisfied with. I came back the next morning, and Jacob listened carefully, worked with me, and fully resolved my concerns. That level of follow-through and integrity is rare. If you want a team that treats you with respect and stands behind the sale, ask for Rafael and Jacob. They turned a complicated purchase into a positive experience, and I?m very grateful for their help. Highly recommended.

Our initial interaction with the sales person was fine.

Our initial interaction with the sales person was fine. My husband was looking to buy a used truck from this dealership and the sale was made on a Saturday afternoon. There were a couple of things that needed to be addressed by their service department before we would take delivery of the vehicle. At this time the General Manager assured us that the issues would be fixed right away and that we would have the truck by Monday afternoon. This is when the deal went south. Monday afternoon, I sent a text to the sales person to get an update on the truck and we were told that the truck was being worked on at that moment and he would let me know when it is ready for pick up. This went on for several days - all the way through Friday 6 days after we bought the truck and 4 days longer than they said it would take. My dissatisfaction isn't with the service department or the work they did. It is with how the sales person and the manager of used cars handled their communication. Or should I say lack there of. At one point the used car manager said that they had to order a part, come to find out that they actually had some labor related issues in the service department which likely caused all the delays with our service. Instead of just being honest and telling us the truth we get the run around. They could have made lifelong customers with us as I am looking for a vehicle soon as is my daughter. Due to their poor communication skills I will not being going back to them and I will not recommend them to anyone I know. Customer service shouldn't stop after the sale is made. That is not how business relationships are built. I will say that Ruben Ortiz in the service department was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to figure out what was going on with our truck on the day we arrived to pick up.
