Making sure I am safe!

Brought my F-150 in for a sensor issue. Trenton and the tech were able to find a quickly fix the issue, but also found I had wheel hub needing replacement. They then checked all the wheels and found another needed replaced as well. They were able to work with me on the price and had everything done within 4 days. Great team!

Outstanding dealership. Autonation Ford

I was looking for exact exterior color of Ford escape and Autonation Ford sales man Kyle Duteau in Jacksonville Florida Spent a lot of hours trying to help find exact color and accessories of the vehicle I wanted and did find it at another dealership. And pricing for I was wanting to pay in mind they went further on discount price I highly recommend contact this dealership and ask for Kyle Duteau.

My visit this trip was for a recall that the friendly service department took care of in a timely manner while I enjoyed the customer lounge. The only hitch was the strange(to me) coffee machine. But I learned how to use it quite well.

Ford mustang MachE EV

5-star rating to AutoNation. I have best dealership experience in-terms of regular communication, transparency in providing information, accepting all the promotional offers from the company, and mainly not charging me the dealer fee for the high demand vehicle Ford Mustang Mach E EV. Kudos to the sales manager and the manager at the AutoNation Jacksonville. I was able to close the vehicle within hrs. of vehicle arrival at the dealership.
