    I had a 9:25AM appointment. At 11:00 I went and asked how much longer and was told that my car was next in line to go in. It hadn’t even been started yet!!!... Although I purchased my car from this dealer, and am ready to trade it in, I will not do any more business with Gault!!! They lost a loyal customer and potential new car sale today!

    Brought in for NYS inspection and was told I had a twisted brake line and it would not pass inspection. I asked for pictures and they sent them so I forwarded... them to NY DMV and called them. They told me they felt it was not something that should fail inspection but I had it done anyway. The cost was $50 and it wasn't worth having to take to another shop. After getting it home there was a terrible sound coming from back wheel. Called up and talked to Holly in service and she was very rude to me. I called back and asked to speak to the General Manager and am now awaiting his call back. Complete lack of professionalism from everyone so far.
