Service team lies.
Service team lies. Our previous vehicle had a flat tire and had to go back several times for them to fix and they were never able to and were trying to force us to buy a tire. It’s been a saga to say the least. Now, we have a new truck and had nail in tire less than a week ago and they claimed they fixed only to see psi diminishing daily given their temporary fix. We also have tire insurance. It’s a rotten scheme and they should be and will be reported.

Above excellent. I went to three Toyota dealerships yesterday and was given the run around and was lied to. I came to this Buick dealership and they took very good care of me. Left with a brand new 2025 Buick Encore which is the color I wanted and the model I wanted. I am more than pleased with my experience, and have already recommended someone to that dealership. Shout out to the Vail Buick team, you guys definitely have a returning customer in me. Thank you Carl, for your superb service. It made a bad day into a great day. I absolutely love and adore my car, thank you again for such a wonderful experience! 10/10 highly recommend. These guys are the best of the best!

THIS DEALERSHIP IS A NIGHTMARE.
THIS DEALERSHIP IS A NIGHTMARE. I have had a Buick for 7 years - but this will be my last. Disgusting customer service, especially from the manager. There is a part I need (due to recall) on backorder, and my car cannot pass inspection - I have been dealing with this for 6 months!!! I pay full price for a lease to have a check engine light on for half a year. When I called for the 4th time today, I was told "there is nothing that can be done and I shouldn't have waited to do the inspection" (which I did not - the part has been unavailable this whole time). I basically was told it is my problem if I get a ticket. It is not my fault the part was recalled and on backorder, and it has been nothing but a headache. I was not even offered a loaner, a solution, or a discount on my lease. I was simply told it is too bad. The manager even told me he doesn't know if I can return the car when my lease is up in February with a check-engine light on. So what then!?!??! Seems like a scam and my next step will be a lawyer if needed. 0/5. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I will be blasting this review wherever I can. You have been warned!

Go to mario daddario in shelton. Horrible customer service. No communication. Horrible customer service. My car was towed there thursday for a stuck emergency break. Every day the staff ( we would have to call for update) would say it would be looked at. Day after day is going by and now they say it will not even been seen until monday. No offer of a loaner vehicle. Meanwhile my yukon is not even a year old. The receptionist at the service department said she will give me to her manager “ as soon as i see him”. I called at 8:40 am and now 5 hours later no call back ! Would highly NOT recommend

DISGRACEFUL
APPROXIMATELY 2 YEARS AGO MY HEAD GASKET BLEW ON MY 2015 TERRAIN. SINCE IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY, THEY PUT IN A NEW 2ND ENEGINE IN. I HAVE 8,000 LEFT TO PAY THIS VEHICLE. HOWEVER, THE ENGINE LIGHT DID NOT SHUT OFF AND THE CAR COULDN’T BE INSPECTED. IN THE MEANTIME THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WENT. WE HAD THE CAR TOWED TO VAIL GMC AND THEY PROCEEDED TO FIX IT. THEY STARTED TO CHANGE EVERYTHING. TIMING BELT, BATTERY, SPARK PLUGS, YOU NAME IT TO NO AVAIL. THEY COULD NOT GET THAT ENEGINE LIGHT TO TURN OFF. YOU CAN’T GET A NYS INSPECTION WITH THAT ENGINE LIGHT REMAINING ON. GMC IS NOT CAPABLE OF FIXING THEIR OWN CAR!! I CALLED VEHICLE SAFETY AND THEY WENT THERE TO INSPECT. GMC FINALLY AGREED TO PUT IN A THIRD ENEGIN NO CHARGE. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR 8 MONTHS NOW AND ITS STILL NOT REPAIRED.!! IM PAYING INSURANCE AS WELL AS THE NOTE ON THE CAR ALL THIS TIME. I KEEP LEAVING MESSAGES FOR ANDREW AND LARRY AND GET NO PHONE CALLS IN RETURN. I HAVE HAD TO FING OTHER COSTLY AND INCONVENIENT WAYS TO TRAVEL. MY CAR IS JUST SITTING THERE NOT BEING REPAIRED RUSTING AND NOT BEING MOVED. IT IS A DISGRACE AND DEPLORABLE THAT GMC VAIL SHOULD POCESS MY CAR SINCE OCTOBER 2021 TO PRESENT AND NOT CAPABLE OF REPAIRING IT, NOT RETURNING CALLS, WHILE I MAKE MONTHLY LOAN AND INSURANCE PAYMENTS, PLUS THE COST OF ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION. I HAVE HAD TO HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO TRY TO GET THIS RESOLVED. THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE.
