Purchased new Yukon

Thanks to Al and the team for working through all the many details and passes at different configurations and packages, landing us in a good spot. I especially appreciate how responsive everyone was with all our questions and back and forth.

Worst Dealership Ever!!!

I bought a truck from Vail in Mt. Kisco NY and was sold a lemon. They have the worst customer service and deserve a zero.

Buyer Beware

I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this place. My husband and I bought a certified pre-owned Yukon Denali XL and two weeks after buying it we had to bring it in because the check engine light came on. It sat at the dealer for days before we got a call from service telling us we needed a brand new engine. Needless to say we were extremely pissed and told them we wanted to speak to someone in sales about replacing the vehicle because we were obviously sold a lemon. We left several messages for the sales managers and no one EVER returned our calls. We got GMC corporate involved and they told us Vail was not willing to work with us for getting a new vehicle and the best they would do is replace the engine. We weren’t given a choice and had to keep the truck. It took over a month for us to get the truck back. Shortly after picking it up I had to bring it back again because the DVD player stopped working, the heated seats don’t work and there was a problem with the gas gage. I had to wait over a week to get it back. I picked it up and only thing that was fixed was the gas gage. The heated seats still don’t work and I have to wait for a piece to come in to figure out what’s wrong with the DVD player. It’s a huge inconvenience for me to keep having to drop my truck off every few weeks because we were sold a lemon. I have 3 children, two of which are in car seats and I work full time. If I could give a zero rating I would.

Purchase if Terrain

Between my initial conversation with Denise, and my sales person Drew and then Brian, this process was quick and I felt it was a great experience.

I have to give the BIGGEST THANK YOU To Larry, Drew and the F&I manager for putting me in a brand new GMC Terrain. My current car broke down and no other dealer could find me the vehicle I wanted or give me a price that would fit my budget. As a single mother of three and a limited amount to spend I was so desperate to find a vehicle quickly. I couldn't imagine having no car for another day. They went out of there way to pick up my disabled car, at no cost to me, from lower Westchester so i could at least use it towards another vehicle. They put me in a beautiful state-of-art black on black brand new terrain that I drove off in today. Wow, all within hours I was driving for only $139 a month after they gave me a good amount for my car. I never would have thought I would be driving a car as nice as this for so little down and such a small monthly payment. When most people say they don't have good experiences buying a new car I have to say I had the best experience EVER leasing a vehicle from Vail Buick GMC. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you. Best Sales Person - Claire Miller

This is my second lease with Vail Buick. I had a 2015 Enclave, and now a 2018 one. The dealership is large, clean, welcoming without feeling pushy. The salespeople are great. I loved working with Claire Miller. Biggest Con: General Manager is a really nasty guy and has lost good people because of how verbally abusive he can be. He is careful not to do this in front of customers, but has a longstanding reputation.

auto sales

Desmond greeted me right away-when you want to buy that's important-the time spent was meaningful-we discussed possible down payment & amt monthly payment would be & I took that amt to other dealers & no one was close. Other dealers tried to tear the deal apart - one claimed I wouldn't get the moonroof-I said I saw the vehicle & the sticker on the car & it was included in the price. one tried to fit me into a Chevy Malibu-not a worthy replacement
