My family has always liked the service we receive from Keith Pierson thats why this is vehicle is #4 for us. Very kid friendly every time we are there - no matter if its 30 minutes or 4 hours.

Using the Costco Auto Buying Service, I was able to get an excellent deal at Keith Pierson. Jackie selected the perfect car for me. I have owned Corollas since 1999. She was also very helpful in getting me the additional features I purchased, and called me to follow-up with any questions I had about the "extras" as well as my owner satisfaction with the car I purchased. Buying the car was an easy process because there was the Costco prisce with no haggling. I am very pleased with the car buying experience I had at Keith Pierson, and when I need new car in a few years, I will most likely return there.

Bill Snow was a great salesman. He took upwards of 5 hours to work out a deal on a 2013 Tacoma. He as well as the manager were very patient with us while we spent hours negotiating a deal. Great Salesman and Great Person!

My name's Jazzy. My parents were looking to trade in my dad's sentra for a new car for me and that would be my 20th birthday. They had met up with Jenna Crowley at Keith Pierson Toyota while I was working. I told them I was interested in the 2013 Rav 4. -SO NICE!- The next morning I went over to Toyota with them and they asked for Jenna again because she left an impression on them. Our experience with Keith Pierson Toyota was very positive. We were looking for a vehicle that would hold tools and passengers and we had decided to limit ourselves to a few manufacturers (Toyota and Honda). We had pre-priced several vehicles online with USAA, so we had a ballpark idea of costs for the various models of vehicles we wanted to look at. Shortly after we pre-priced the Toyota Tacoma, Jeana called us and she learned from us about our needs and interests in the new vehicle. She was friendly and helpful on the telephone and we didn't feel pressured at all. When we visited the dealership, Jeana was busy with another customer, so Alex seamlessly took over to ensure we didn't have to wait. Alex was very helpful. We wanted to get our trade-in vehicle evaluated as we looked at new cars, and Alex arranged this and then came back to show us what the dealership had that met our needs. Almost immediately, he found the vehicle he thought best met our needs. When we saw it, my daughter took it for a test drive and we found it was exactly what we wanted. Then came some brief negotiation of cost for the new car and trade-in value of the old one. And off we went. It is clear the people who work at this dealership are happy and well trained, and they know how to treat customers well. We'll be coming back. Thanks.

My wife and I went to Kieth Piierson Toyota to replace my 2004 Corolla,. We were introduced to sale associate,Jackie Saint-Pierre, who listened to my wants and needs. We test drove a RAV 4, a Prius and a new Corolla. She helped us walk through the pros and cons of each model and gave us plenty of time to make our choice. I have owned more than 16 cars and 2 motorcycles and Jackie is the first sales person i have dealt with that allow me to make the decision as to what I wanted or needed and not what the seller wanted me to buy. She is a keeper! She is knowledge, polite and concerned that the customer is satisfied. Her attritude and that of all the people at Kietrh Pierson Toyota illustrate is that the custumer is satisfied and it was a pleasant buying experience. I'LL go back!

Everyone I dealt with had a nice attitude and infinite patience with my husband and me. Jackie was extremely helpful setting up the Bluetooth in the car for me. The finance manager (forgot her name) was a sweetie as well.
