I have purchased 4 Hondas from Superstition Springs Honda, and each car from Aaron Hammer, not only does he treat me with respect but the entire dealership, from the lot personel right up to the general manger get to know me. I will never purchase a car from another dealer.

Honda of Superstition Springs is the BEST experience...
Honda of Superstition Springs is the BEST experience I've had with a car dealership for the past five new cars. Friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth employees made it a very pleasant experience to say the least. The sales and finance departments are NOT pushy, like I've experienced in the past. I know what I want and DON'T WANT so I hate when someone tries to talk me into something I don't want. Before I drove off in my new Honda CRV-EXL, Jimmy Sears showed me everything about my new vehicle - even what side of my car the gas tank is located and all the operating tools. (I had a bad experience once when I was driving home in a new car, people were flashing me and I had no idea how to turn off my bright lights.) There's no question in my mind...when I'm ready for another new car - I'll be heading back to Honda of Superstition Springs!

Thank You Honda of Superstitions Springs!
Honda of Superstition Springs was the third Honda dealer I visited, 1st was Bell Honda where they seemed very unorganized. At the 2nd dealer, Showcase Honda I was not only ganged up on by many members of their staff trying to get me to pay more I was insulted by their sneaky attempt to hide charges. Honda of Superstition Springs was the first one I felt at ease in. I could not believe how easy it was! I spoke with Manny, told him what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. ( I believe this part was easy because I did my research and knew what the automobile was worth) They did not have the color of the CR-V I wanted so Manny went to work trying to make me happy. I cannot say enough about this young man and how kind and respectful he is. I even told the sales manager that Manny deserved a raise and/or a promotion. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service in a Dealership. They will have my recommendations and my business as long as their customer service is this excellent. I am happy with my purchase and very impressed with Manny and Honda of Superstitions Springs! P.S Honda of Superstition Springs sold me a CR-V at the Price that the others wouldn't

Rude Service
My husband and I went in to look at their use cars. We ended up want a Ford Escape. We left a $500 deposit while they checked our credit. We come back the next day and told us we didn't qualify for that vehicle. They tried selling us another car that we didn't liked. So we asked for our deposit back. They said to go in the next day for a check we did. A finance guy told my husband the check will be there at 10:30 am to pick up. I showed up to pick up they said that the person who writes the checks was not in the office. I asked to speak to the manager he rudely told me there was nothing he could do he had no idea when the person would be there to write me a check. I told him I need my money ASAP and that they need to find a way to get write me a check. The man said you are getting loud u need to leave the dealer. I have not receive any money back.

Great Car Buying Experience
Best dealership I have ever dealt with in all my years buying new cars. They were quick, courteous, and didn't try to sell me extras I didn't want. They are completely customer service focused. I was in and out in about 60 minutes with a new Pilot and love my car. I won't go anywhere else if I am in the market for a Honda.

Good service - bad financials...
Went in to check on a slightly used 2013 Civic that we saw listed on Cars.com. Greeted promptly on a Sunday by Lovie Tolentino - very courteous and friendly to us the entire time we were there. Asked to see the car that we saw online; it took 20 minutes to find out that this vehicle had been sold, after which she stated that a new Civic would not be much more in price. My wife wanted to drive a Civic to get a feel for the car, and Lovie arranged that for us quickly and efficiently; we both felt the Civic was a great value, even for the base model. The issues started when finances were discussed - first, $2000 in added "features" we're tacked on without us asking for them; she stated that $800 in upgrades were already installed on each new Civic and could not be removed from the purchase price. Then, our trade amount came back after another 20 minute wait, and they offered on the very low end ($1000 below a Cars.com GOOD condition vehicle) despite our vehicle having well-below average mileage and what we felt was better-than-average vehicle condition. We were then introduced to the sales manager on duty, who offered us $500 more for our trade and dropped the price on the car about $1000, which did little to change our minds about buying, since we were much farther apart than that. Comparable vehicles to ours are listed here at $4000-$5000 more than we were offered for trade; we weren't expecting all of that, but only $500 more was a bit of a financial face-slap to us. It is the business, I know, but we'll be looking elsewhere to find a better deal... We weren't treated poorly or rudely - just way off on financials... WAY off...

I have taken my Honda Pilot in to this dealership for...
I have taken my Honda Pilot in to this dealership for routine oil changes and repairs from usual wear and tear since the time of purchase. Friends and family have recommended local shops and garages to me, but I have consistently had prompt, courteous service from the Service Team at this Dealership and I am not willing to give that up. Ask for Peter and you will consistently find a bright, honest, professional interaction with someone you can trust with any question or need you have with your car.
