Dealership won't stand behind there work. Installed brakes on my vehicle and it vibrates terribly now. Said replace my brakes with 50% life left or deal with it. Service writer called me back after I filled out a survey addressing my experience and got attitude with me over the phone. Great customer service lolol. Don't know about you but i will spend my money elsewhere where the parts and labor warranty are fulfilled.

Service at Yuba City HOnda
I bought a new Honda from them 3 years ago and I took it in yesterday for some service. They were great. Found that I needed to get my brakes fixed. Advised me that it was important to get them done for safety and repaired them in a timely manner. Tom in service gave me his honest opinion about my questions, and I really appreciate that. Although it is a bit of a drive to get there, I really recommend this dealership.

Mr Alex Barrow at YC
I was on the prowl for my first car. I spent time on cars.com finding vehicles. I visited a few but just never pulled the trigger. It wasnt a comfortable experience At any the dealerships. until I called in at Yuba City Honda and Alex answered. he was very kind and set up an appointment for me to come in the next day to look at the car. when I got there and met him it was so refreshing to see a handsome man that was actually my age. all the other dealerships felt like old geezers who would rather stare at me instead of sell me a car. Alex made the process very easy for me and my fiance. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience but my fiance did get a little upset when I got, his words, too friendly with Alex. ;) too bad I already said yes but I still got Alex's card a got plenty of girlfriends. ;) Thank You Yuba City Honda I absolutely love my car and it has treated me well!

It was my first time buying a car and what initially attracted me to Yuba City Honda was their reasonable prices. I worked with Alex Barrow and he was an amazing sales consultant. He was very friendly and helpful all throughout the process and is not at all an aggressive salesman! He was able to answer all my questions and made my car buying experience a great one. Fantastic Alex Barrow "blue eyes"
I was out searching for a car for my 17 year old daughter and stopped by YC Honda. Alex was very polite and helpful. Brought my daughter back the next day to look at the car I thought she would like and she did. We asked for Alex and when he came out I could tell my daughter was sold on more than just the car. She calls him "Blue Eyes". YC honda was very nice to my daughter and I. I would recommend them highly to anyone interested and do yourself and ask for Alex Barrow. Mr "Blue Eyes". Alex Barrow is Amazing!!!!!
I recently bought a 2012 Honda Civic and I couldn't be any happier!! It is my first time buying a car on my own and the staff (especially Alex) made the process easy and stress free!!! They answered all my questions and made me feel at ease!! The staff were willing to do just about anything to help us out since I sold my old car and didn't have a ride. Alex even offered to pick us up at our home in Gridley. We had all the papers signed in a flash and they filled up my tank and away we went! I couldn't of asked for a better experience!!
