    Absolutely horrible terrible dealership. Me and my wife purchased cars. I experienced trouble within the first 30 days My vehicle was still under warranty... and still received no help. ANDREW J. GUIZAR IS A VERY INCONSIDERATE DISRESPECTFUL person. Doesn't help at all. Stay away from this dealership

    I had a great experience. My salesperson Richard was the best. He made sure I was happy with the car that I could afford. Will definitely shop there again.

    I purchased a vehicle from Fresh Start Auto on Southfield Rd. and it has to be the biggest hunk of junk. Sounded great when I test drove it the first day,... came back the next day and heard a little ticking in the engine thinking it was just from the cold since it's an older car(2006), and BAM next day my check engine light comes on and I find out the catalytic converter is bad! $409 I have to spend on JUST the part, who knows how much labor is going to cost!! What a joke, I'll never buy again nor recommend anyone to this place. Not only did the sales woman, Julie, have a panic attack every single time I took the vehicle for a test drive but, was unbelievably rude to my mother during both of our visits. Julie even called my phone 5 minutes after me leaving to wonder if everything was alright..uhm, it takes a little more than 5 minutes to drive a car and inspect it properly to decide if there is anything wrong. This place sucks, I had really high hopes about shopping here and my experience was totally ruined and I got a piece of junk car. Personally, I think they reset the check engine code so that when I took it out for a test drive it wouldn't turn on, no wonder Julie was freaking out when I was gone for more than 5 minutes. So Disappointed.

    The customer took the vehicle on 3 different test drives, one of which was to a mechanic to check the vehicle prior to purchasing it. Customer took de...livery on Saturday.The customer contacted the salesperson (Julie) the following Monday about an issue. The sales manager made 3 attempts to contact the customer and never heard anything more.

    I went to this dealership after reading prior good reviews and the dealership stood up to the reviews. I test drove three very different cars and was even... allowed to take one I liked to my mechanic. The car I purchased was really what I wanted and needed for my commute to work. The gas mileage is great and the brand makes long-lasting cars. Tony and Deborah were fantastic! Their customer service was very honest and they will put you in a car that meets your budget. I am very grateful and thankful I found the dealership; and for my used car purchase.

    When I found a great price on a SUV I've been looking all over for, at Southfield dealers I contacted them later in the evening and left my information... for them to get back to me. By 10:30 the following morning I received a call from Julie who answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge. I went and checked the truck out and decided that it was the one I decided on but I didn't have the money at the time but they were willing to hold into it for a few days with a small down payment which was excellent. Julie stayed in contact throughout the week to make sure we had everything needed from the insurance company and so on to make our transaction go as quickly and smoothly as possible. They weren't very willing to budge on the price but in the end we made the purchase. In conclusion.. Great sales staff and a decent inventory. Check them out

    The dealership is located at 21535 Telegraph Road Southfield Michigan. My appointment was scheduled in the early part of the evening, on Thursday 10/12/2013.... Upon my arrival at the show room, a well dressed professional approached me and introduced himself as Tony and guessed that l am Dr. Edwin O. Dyke, which l answered in the affirmative. He took me to his cubical where we determined that my interest is on the previous owned vehicles. He took me to the used car building sitting directly behind the new cars building and handed me over to Mr. Thompson, who looked a little beat rough. I made a categorical statement regarding the brand of vehicles, l have the interest to look over, and if possible l need time to drive it around the area before we negotiate for the price. He approved my request. I was actually looking for a Toyota Highlander, I wanted white exterior with red interior, Mr. Thompson smiled and commented that this section is used vehicles, color is a weak-link to decide a purchase. I countered that luck has every thing to do with the car l wish to purchase, and agreed with me just to be polite. In the last roll of his used cars, there was a gray Toyota Highlander, which was moderately used with black interior and automated moon/sunroof. The tires were excellent, l ignored the level of detailing given to the vehicle, but commented on the amount of wax applied. I asked for the car-fax and understood that it was not available. He promised to have the car-fax in his hand by the next morning. That fact quickly drained my interest on the vehicle. At last l did not purchase any vehicle from them, nor did l gave any sign of prospective purchase anytime soon. The sale clerks were very sharp and listened very carefully to avoid offending the customer. After three days from the dealership, l received a letter from the dealership asking me to evaluate the various impressions l had, on the day of my visit. Generally speaking, l think that the Southfield Toyota dealership, have the customers to post the level of sales they do everyday. The level of experience sometimes give added values to the vehicle soon.

    I had a great experience with this dealership. They were easy to work with, highly professional, and had very reasonable prices. I would recommend this... dealership to anyone that I know. There was even an unforeseeable issue that occurred after the purchase, and they handled the issue as well as they handled the purchase. For my next auto purchase (down the road), I will definitely be checking their inventory.

    I found the best price on a specific model I was shopping for at SouthField. What I didn't expect was that the salesperson Tony picked me up at my house... when we could not get to the dealership over 100 miles away! Tony has over 30 years in the business and his customer service is refreshing in these times.     I drove about 180 miles and 3 hours from Cleveland to purchase my used vehicle at Southfield. I bought a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Pickup Truck with low mileage... and excellent condition. My experience was excellent and my sales rep David Pool was very professional, courtious, and helpful. He made the entire experience simple and we utilized technology so that when I arrived all I had to do is test drive the vehicle and sign the papers. It was the simplest car shopping experience that I ever had. I highly recommend purchasing a car from Southfield.
