Coggin Toyota at the Avenues

One was an awesome salesman. He met my needs in a timely manner I was in and out of dealership in 30 minutes. I would recommend this dealership to anyone for a good deal and great service.

I went in thinking I wanted a Prius but wasn't for me after test driving. Our sales guy Sam roussev went above and beyond to help me test drive severa other vehicles until I found the Toyota Venza which I love! It took me a long time to make a decision and Sam was very patient along the way and answered all of my questions.

Worked out price, trade in and zero percent financing on Saturday 4-1. Car was scheduled to be delivered to dealership and picked up today...AND THEY CHANGED THE DEAL!! We have perfect credit. Discussed with salesperson SEAN WILHELM that we would be buying new since there was ZERO PERCENT financing and he agreed it was a great rate (advertised currently on their website today 4-4-17)! Sales Manager GREG ALDERMAN finalized the agreed price for our car that was to be picked up today. So imagine our outrage when we were told today that although we have pristine credit we could have not have the ZERO percent advertised financing! Why, you ask, according to general manager JOHN CLARK they gave us a lower price so we cannot have the advertised ZER0 percent financing. WHAT?? Pure game playing, unethical management. STAY AWAY from this unethical dealership. What a waste of time!!!!

Karim was a great help in the hectic decision of buying a car. He broke everything down for me got the car and deal I wanted and even showed up to my job to drop the car off to me

Went in, met with Brent who introduce me to Juan Tafurt around noon. Picked out my car, signed all the docs and was out the door by 2pm. Everything went very smooth and Juan was perfect for the type sale I wanted. No gimmicks, just picked out my car and got me out the door as I requested. Great overall experience with all parties involved.
