Typical salemen
Bought a 2023 2500 with diesel engine. They are suppose to come with the block heater and blanket, got home the next day realized it wasn't in the truck. Of course the salesman gave me the runaround.

I've been going to this Audi dealership for years for service every since having a bad experience at a nearby Audi dealership and the customer service is exceptional! They pay great attention to my issues and are great with communication. I recommend them to everyone and they all come back pleased. From Sales and service they are quick on my needs and questions. Justin Barbieri is great and professional.. and Andy Kisa did a awesome job in my S8!!! Good job Audi of West Chester. Everytime I leave, it's always a constant reminder of a great decision I made!!
