    I test drove a CRV at Proctor Honda and loved the car, and was also very pleased with the sales associate (Thomas). I never felt like he was pushy or trying to sell me the car - he simply told me about the different options and answered any questions I had. This was a welcome relief compared to all of the other local dealerships I had visited. I found a lower priced CRV at a dealership in central Florida and took their price quote into Proctor Honda in hopes they could match it and save me a 10 hour round-trip drive. Thomas was able to come very close to the price of the other dealership and was very thorough in showing me the difference between Proctor's price sheet and the other dealer's sheet that had been emailed to me. He was concerned that certain items had been left off their quote and my price would increase when I made it to the dealership. Additionally, the other dealership could only offer me a range of values for my trade since they had not yet seen it in person, so this could also affect the price. I wanted a very specific color and there were none on the lot at Proctor. Thomas was able to confirm that one was currently being built and was scheduled to arrive at Proctor within the next few weeks. Less than two weeks later the car arrived and I returned to Proctor to complete my paperwork and buy my new car. There were no surprises, the payments were exactly as we had discussed and the process was very smooth. They also gave me the full Blue Book value for my trade. I am very pleased with my experience so far and would recommend this dealership and sales associate without any reservations.

    Drove 4 hours to buy a Honda Pilot. Well worth the trip. Friendly staff and a low pressure sales approach made it the best car buying experience I have had. The sales person I worked with was Mary Smith and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase an automobile.

    As people who know me can attest to, I don't drive anything other than a Honda. I presently have a 2007 CR-V, with a little less than 89,000 miles on it. My CR-V is roomy and has plenty of space in the back for carrying luggage or whatever else I need to put back there. I look forward to driving this Honda for many thousands more miles! I highly recommend a Honda!

    I have twice tried to get service from this dealership for a Honda Fit. First, because of an air conditioning problem they could never figure out. Second, to replace a defective air bag. It has been over a year, the air bag is still not replaced, and I have been given the run around treatment. Call a phone number,. Wait 3 days for a return call. Phone message to call again. This process repeated for months. Dropping off a car here is a pain also. They are usually late taking keys. The online scheduling requires that you pick "minder" services that you probably don't want. Proctor Honda seems to want to be as irritating as possible.

    I took my wife's CRV in for routine servicing. The Service Dept. did all the routine services (oil change, tire rotation etc.) in short order. They also pointed out that her tires were starting to show wear and then did a courtesy car wash, too. Service like that from people you trust is tough to beat. P. S. I also enjoyed their snacks and coffee while I was waiting.

    We were looking for a 2017 Ridgeline RTL, but had an absolutely terrible experience at our local Panama City Honda dealership so we called Proctor Honda in Tallahassee. Stewart took our call originally and was extremely friendly and very helpful. He said the vehicle we wanted was in stock, but had a contract pending. He said he would check incoming inventory and/or see if he could find us the Ridgeline we wanted. He called us back later that night to tell us the contract fell through and since he would not be in the next day arranged for another sales associate, Terri Rutledge, to meet with us. When we arrived, every single person we met was very friendly and extremely helpful. While we were waiting on Terri to finish with another customer, another salesperson named Mary took the time to go over the features of the vehicle, show us the list of options, and answered our questions. Terri then took over and handled our entire sale process with no pressure and knew the answer to every question we had on the vehicle. She made the entire process very quick and easy. I can't say enough about how great our experience was at Proctor. We are in our 60's and have bought many cars over the years at many different dealerships. I would rate Proctor as our best buying experience ever. THANK YOU Proctor! You should all be proud of your company's customer service!
