The staff at Waldorf Honda especially internet

The staff at Waldorf Honda especially internet representative Samantha who was the first person I had a conversation with what I was looking for & she informed me that Waldorf Honda has plenty of vehicles (CR-V) on the lot and I came to look at the selection and that's when Dan the sales rep approached me and showed me around the lot and I was able to make a choice to test drive two vehicles. The process went great and it didn't take hours to complete the process. Thanks Waldorf Honda I'm happy with the purchase.

Overall customer service experience has been less than

Overall customer service experience has been less than satisfactory. I felt patronized after having to have vehicle towed after leaving dealership less than 24 hours. After a week I have no update on vehicle status. If this is the norm in customer relations I would absolutely not recommend this dealership.
