I drove over 50 miles from Littleton to purchase this car from Rich Waters at Longmont Ford. From start to finish Rich was an excellent salesman. First... contact was over the internet, and he was very honest and direct. I took the car for a test drive and he was very helpful in answering my questions, and our final deal (including trade-in) went down without a hitch. I am very pleased.

I went into the dealership due to a one day event ad that was mailed to me. I was a little concerned about high pressure car salesmen and wondered if... I would be pressured into buying a car I didn't really want. Glad to say everyone I dealt with at Longmont Ford was very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I was shown all options in the category I was interested in and wasn't pressured to get the highest end with all the bells and whistles. The buying process went smoothly with all options given. I do highly recommend Longmont Ford.

I purchased a 2017 Ford Flex at the Longmont Ford Dealership. Everything regarding the purchase was great but the service department is not good. I have... had my Flex in 4 times because of the key fab and not even 2 weeks later I am still having issues. The one that they say they replaced is now saying "No Key Detected" when the engine is on. Each time that I take it in they keep it all day long and this is the result.
Was unhappy that I had to return to the dealer to get the plastic holder above the rear view mirror fixed. They should of told me that it got broke during... the replacement of my windshield, and a new one was on it way. I noticed it when I got home and had to tell them it was broke. Other than that It's my favorite place to shop for a car.
