Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles. However he did seem annoyed when I needed some time to think about a major purchase.

She was receptive of my needs. I was in a hurry, I didn’t have time to wait at the dealership for half the day. So she took care of everything! All I had to do was show up sign the paperwork I was in and out in 20 mins. All car purchases should be expected to be this fast. Waiting around all day is for the birds. Great Job Anna!

Every time I come in for a normal service, it seems that the service department finds something additional that "needs" to be done.

They got the work done, but had trouble getting the right part ordered took an extra day other than that all was good! Will be trying the car out the next few months and love the fact there is a three-year warranty on battery and Toyota original parts
