She was receptive of my needs.

She was receptive of my needs. I was in a hurry, I didn’t have time to wait at the dealership for half the day. So she took care of everything! All I had to do was show up sign the paperwork I was in and out in 20 mins. All car purchases should be expected to be this fast. Waiting around all day is for the birds. Great Job Anna!

They got the work done, but had trouble getting the right

They got the work done, but had trouble getting the right part ordered took an extra day other than that all was good! Will be trying the car out the next few months and love the fact there is a three-year warranty on battery and Toyota original parts

Service Manager Chris Watson was extremely professional.

Service Manager Chris Watson was extremely professional. I had a small issue with work that was done and he fixed it quick and made sure I my Issue was resolved and I was completely satisfied. I will definitely bring my Toyota back for service again.
