Life savers

My 2011 Highlander had a severe oil leak and malfunction while I was visiting Panama City. Patrick and his team fixed the issue and provided a ride so I could see my son’s first High School Cross Country run. They were life savers and a bright spot to an otherwise dismal circumstance.

Front Facing Camera Re-Calibration

I'll sing the praises of Panama City Toyota all day long. I recently had my front windshield replaced in my Toyota Rav4 due to a large crack from a kicked up stone. When the glass was replaced I was informed that I needed to have the Front Facing Camera looked at to see if it was still functioning properly and if it was in need of Re-calibration. This needed to be performed by an Authorized Dealer. I went to the closest dealer to me which WAS NOT Panama City Toyota. I waited for 3 hours and in the end was told that it couldn't be Re-calibrated and this Dealer left me with the LDA lane departure Indicator light in the fail mode. I didn't feel at all safe driving my car after this so I made an appointment with Panama City Toyota and drove 1.5 hours to their location and asked that they attempt to Re-calibrate the camera. Not only was this Dealer able to Re-calibrate the camera and reset the LDA light the repair took less than a half an hour. It is worth your time and efforts to make the trip to Panama City. They are true professionals.

Trading 2016 Highlander for a 2019 Highlander

WoWza WoWza Wowza what a great dealership! David Herndon is one of the best sales representatives with whom we have ever dealt! He was very patient and attended to all of our needs. He even convinced his manager, Dewayne, to include new running boards! More than that, he volunteered to drive our Highlander out to our home once the running boards were installed! That's an hour drive each way! We just simply can't say enough about David, Dewayne and the entire dealership! Thank you all!

Top notch

Marcus/Marcos? The sales team was top notch and straight foward....AWESOME WORK, everything went smoothed. Lots of knowledge with product. Was able to drive off happy with my new vechile purchase.

Could not have been better!

i Highly recommend Lucas and the whole PC Toyota team. Everyone was friendly and helpful...especially Lucas! I even went by a week later and he helped me with tbe Entine App.

Excellent customer service

Took my 2019 Corolla for service on Friday. Oil change & general maintenance check. Fast and friendly service. Comfortable waiting area. I highly recommend & would buy from them again.

Great experience from start to finish.

I had a scheduled oil change at the Panama City Toyota service center earlier this week. When I arrived there were three lines of cars, each about 4 cars deep, waiting to be moved into the service bays. I had a feeling it would take a lot longer for this oil change than it usually does, but much to my relief, our service professional, Joseph, assured me it would only be about 45 minutes. His estimate was spot on, and 44 minutes later he came into the waiting area to let me know my vehicle was ready. Not only do I feel that the service technicians do a thorough job servicing my vehicle each time, I have immense confidence in Joseph, the service professional who helps my husband and me every time we bring our Toyotas in for service. He is honest, kind, and professional. We have worked with him for years and we trust his expertise and recommendations.

Great experience!

We were looking for a new 3 row SUV to replace my 10 year old Chevy HHR. I had been doing months of research to find the perfect car for us and was stuck between the Chevy Traverse or the Toyota Highlander. Once it came down to the day I wanted to make a final decision, John Nicholson came in on his day off to accommodate me (since it was MY only day off). We test drove first thing in the morning and I fell in love with it. It has everything I wanted in a car, including the captain seats in the second row. I knew right away it was what I wanted, but figured I’d give the Traverse a look too. Couldn’t even compare. I let John know that I was sold on the Highlander and I decided to go on and lease it that day. I am a young adult with not much experience with “adulting” yet, so this was going to be my first time leasing. He explained everything very well and got the price down to what I could afford and was very informative about the process. Everything went smoothly, I had a great experience and I LOVE my new Highlander XLE!
