The post purchase customer satisfaction is the best experience I have had. For service or any concern I make a text message to Melissa she handles my... needs/concerns gets me a loaner , We coordinate pick up/drop off dates, and done. Simple as that. Let me tell you the the “little “things they do are special I have had my Stelvio in for periodic service , and have had the privilege to get the Maserati Ghibli as the loaner! Not saying they can or will be able to that for everyone but it sure was nice. And their detail person always gets my car back to me like it is a new purchase. Go ahead try them!

I came in to look at a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder on the lot. I made an inquiry on their website and received a callback to schedule a test drive within 10-15... minutes. I dealt with Fred Lipka who was the salesman who had the vehicle ready for me to test drive upon arrival. Fred was very professional and such a nice guy to talk to. We had a nice conversation during the test drive and he was down to earth and NOT pushy in the slightest. I wasnt really in the market for a new vehicle (this one was slightly used) and it was more of a want rather than a need. I explained to Fred that I needed to keep my payments the same with no money down and I was still paying on a 2017 vehicle that I was currently in. Normally, coming to a dealership with ZERO flexibility isnt the greatest situation to make a deal happen but they did it for me. I explained my situation to the sales manger Gino Ginochetti and he not only got me to where I needed to be with my payments but LOWERED my payments by $7 per month. Business manager Jeri Joyce handled all the finance paperwork with the loan and went over warranty options. She also was extremely professional and went over everything slowly with me and answered any questions I had as well. When all was said and done they explained they were short staffed and had nobody to clean/detail the vehicle I just purchased and said to call back after some bad weather passed and they would gladly take care of it the way it should be. I never felt rushed, pressured or pushed into buying this vehicle and had nothing but a positive experience at Ken Pollock Alfa Romeo and would absolutely recommend them in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle.
