Had a great experience recently buying a 2018 Honda Odyssey from Auto Trademark. Babar was great to work with. They did not negotiate at all on price but did start me out with a great price so I wasn’t too concerned. Very honest and trustworthy place. They even fixed something wrong with the car (minor issue) that THEIR salesman found after I had signed the paperwork and did so free of charge. Upfront about the fees and final price, and allow offsite pre-purchase inspections unlike other dealers in the area who only allow that on their lot. Very easy and enjoyable process from start to finish, even having to bring my very young children to the dealer with me. Recommend this dealer and Babar in particular.

We bought a car here at Auto Trademark and had to do it
We bought a car here at Auto Trademark and had to do it in a hurry. We spent a couple hours looking at and driving cars and the entire time we were never hassled or pressured. It was a pretty laid back environment. We bought a car and drove away. About 9 days later the car started giving us problems. A hose had broke and the dealership stepped right up and took care of the issue. I was back in my car the same day. We were shocked it all happened so quickly and professionally. There is a reason this dealership has amazing reviews. Thank you Auto Trademark for being one of the good guys.

They are not willing to help online buyers
Inquired about information for a 2015 BMW 335 on their lot, I planned on buying remote and having the vehicle shipped. Shortly after the inquiry I received the generic text from Babar, I called, left a message and a text Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Didn't hear anything back. Monday I called the dealership its self and spoke to Abbas, he seemed like a knowledgeable and helpful gentleman. I specifically asked for pictures of the front and side of the oil pan, he assured me that would be no problem. I would have the pictures by Tuesday morning. Tuesday comes and goes. I called Abbas on Wednesday afternoon and asked what had happened. He vaguely remembered speaking with me and assured I would get pictures shortly. At this point I was put back in touch with Babar. He sent new pictures, that covered the same things as the pictures website. We clarified the communication issue and I asked about oil pan pictures. the next text was "I can't take pictures underneath to show the oil pan" followed by " we would have to remove the cover" and then " And I don't have a Lift at the dealership" After some conversation, Babar did attempt to take some pictures of the underside of the car, but they were essentially from walking around and sticking his phone under the vehicle in random spots. I was planning on driving 20 hours round trip, and dropping $19,000 on this vehicle after tax and title. But I cant get the slightest effort out of the sales team without an argument. It sure doesn't make me feel like I can trust them.

False advertising
False advertising. They listed a 2013 F150 with 25K miles. CARFAX identifies the vehicle at 52K. I sent an email requesting clarification. No response. This is false advertising. They were quick at trying to get me to buy. But never responded to a request to explain why the mileage is false.
