Best Used Car dealership
This is the second time I purchased a vehicle from this establishment. Farhan, Babar and the lady at the front desk was always very helpful, courteous and they all made my wife and I feel welcome. As a first time client of Nissan , I have to say Sami and Aj and Silvana were amazing to work with. I typically dread going to a dealership but these folks were knowledgeable, helpful,Once our Sentra was washed and cleaned they pulled it around and Sami took his time to thoroughly explain the features! Very rude an unprofessional
If I could give them no stars I would. I drove approximately 3 1/2 hours from the Virginia Beach area to view a car on their lot that was fairly priced in my opinion and had great miles. The salesman I was paired with was very rude he would not allow me to speak about the negotiations with the vehicle that I had interest in as well as him assuming that I did not have the adequate funds to purchase the vehicle. Little did he know I already had a check from my credit union that was already approved for $4000 more than what he was charging for the vehicle however, he didn’t know how much I had the check for he just kept automatically assuming I could not afford the vehicle. My trade-in listed even in horrible conditions was worth 2K an they only wanted to offer 500 which was laughable for a car that was already paid for in good condition an newer than the care I was trying to purchase which was already 13 years old. He further added insult by stating that “if I do not want to buy a vehicle from his lot then I can go elsewhere down the street and purchase a vehicle with a salvage title an it will break down on me in a month or two”. As I’m reading the reviews from this site I am happy that I did not purchase a vehicle from them due to him being rude and other customers reviews that they brought lemons. The dealer also did not honor the price that was listed on cars.com and he raised the price by $1000 and told me that I would be receiving a military discount an the price listed online is the discount which doesn’t make any sense because that means if a civilian walking in with that same price they would have to tell them that’s the military rate which wasn’t stated on the site. Safe to say I took my business to another dealer and purchased a excellent car for a great deal. Stay away from this lot these are money hungry dealers who want nothing more but to overcharge for cars that are not worth the money and are very unprofessional by insulting potential buyers not knowing what they have to offer. After a month an a half that car is still sitting on the lot an I know why now.

Exceptional service by Farhan (Owner). Bought a 2014 BMW 535i Xdrive Twin Turbo with exceptional ease. Two things stood out which made me buy the car from them: 1 - extended test drive for an hour - the car was immaculate and clean with low mileage for the year. 2 - I took the car to the Fairfax BMW for 130 points pre-purchase inspection and they allowed me to do that before purchase. I will recommend them to everyone.

Fraudsters, untrustworthy, will NEVER recommend This was my worst life experience with buying a used car from any dealership. The owner of AUTO TRADEMARK Farhan is a professional fraudster who deceives people professionally. I bought a 2013 BMW X5 XDRIVE 35I, VIN 5UXZV4C51DOB14667, Mileage 80,935 on 02/15/2021 for a sale price of $16500.00 plus processing and other goods/services of $955.00. The total cost with taxes was $18,296. I trusted them because someone I knew referred me there. They told me that the BMW X5, I was interested to buy, was in good condition and they had fixed a previous issue in the car which they said was minimal. However, when I took the car to BMW of Alexandria, VA dealership for 110 point. They gave me a long list of repairs needed in the car. The total repair estimate was $11,404.79. They suggested me to return it if possible as the repairs cost was too much for the car. When I took the car back to the dealership and told them about the work needed in the car and my intention to return it, the dealership owner wasn’t willing for the return at the same price nor for the repairs which I didn’t know at the time of my purchase. I am sure they knew about it. The owner tried to satisfy me that BMW dealership recommends many repairs and services that don’t need immediate attention. The question is should one trust the owner of a used dealership who buys cars in auctions or a BMW dealership who have latest BMW models and whose technicians get regular trainings. And the dealership doesn’t force anyone to do repairs from their dealership service department. I paid $390 for the multi-point inspection so that I should know if there was any major issue in the car. After my insistence for not taking the car back to home, the salesperson and owner of the dealership said that he will buy back the same car on wholesale price of $13500 and not a penny more than that. It was the same guy who told me a few days ago during my purchase time that the BMW X5, I was buying, cost him $15,500.00 and that their only profit is the processing fee. He wasn’t even willing to take it back on $14,500 or $14,000. The lesson I learned is that NEVER EVER trust these people. Farhan didn’t have the morality to accept their wrongdoings. He thought it was my fault that I bought the car and now I had to bear the consequences. I sold the car back to the dealership for $13500, a loss of $3,000. The processing fee plus other charges of $955.00 are on the top of that. If you are interested in buying a car or an SUV from this dealership, always take it to a bigger car dealership i.e., BMW, Mercedes, Audi for multipoint inspection. They will charge you $350-400 for their services but will save you from those hidden mechanical problems which will cost you thousands of dollars in the near future that a common driver fails to identify in the beginning. The owners of this dealership buy used car in auctions that are cheap for a reason. They fix minor issues so that the car is drivable. They fix minor issues in cars through mechanics that nobody knows are certified or not because they want to fix those cars in a way that doesn’t cost them too much. Perhaps the owners of Auto Trademark are used to such dealings throughout their life, so it doesn’t matter for them, but people lose trust in such people due to their dealings. Don’t be deceived by their appearances. Always be suspicious and satisfy yourself before buying any car from them. Losing $3000 is nothing, but the way they do their dealings and cheat people in this business hurts one. I will never trust other small car dealerships just because of my experience with Auto Trademark. I will also post my review on other car website as a public service so that other buyers of cars are not deceived by Auto Trademark. I tried to attach the list of repairs that BMW Service Department gave me, but there is no place here to attach those pages.
