    Perhaps the worst car buying experience of my life. Secured a pretty nice pre-approval deal with my bank, and indicated online I was interested in a certain... 2016 KIA Soul. Was promptly called back by Stacy, the GM, who was very nice, and we set up a time on Friday, October 4th for me to test drive. Got a follow up text from Jessica, the dealership’s liaison with my bank. She answered a lot of my questions and gave me instructions to ask for sales manager Patrick when I arrived, that the car would be out front waiting on me to test drive, and that I was in the system. When I arrived via Uber (I fully intended to drive off that lot with my new KIA Soul) at 6:05, I checked in with the front desk and asked for Patrick as instructed. 30 minutes later, after the front desk assistant REMINDED Patrick that I was there to see him, Patrick came out to inform me that he’d never informed me, I wasn’t in their system as a pre-approval, and that no such car existed on their lot. Imagine my shock. It was only when I pulled Stacy’s business card that Patrick sent me to their sister dealership next door. No one there knew who I was, wasn’t in the system, and there was no Patrick at that location and no one named Jessica worked there. The only bright spot was Isaiah, a sales rep, who manually got my information and put it in the system. So that car I came to buy? They couldn’t find it. It had just been sold mere MINUTES before, but there was a slightly newer car that was a little more expensive.... Starting to sound familiar? 40 miles and $50 in Uber costs later, I have no car and what is without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had buying a car. The dishonesty, the lack of organization, and the monumental waste of my time have left me in absolute awe of this business. I’m not even angry anymore. I’m just stunned that they do business this way.

    This dealer advertises cars they do not have. The sales person said he was looking at the car but when I got there they said it was sold. BEWARE! BEWARE!!... BEWARS!!

    Announce a car for a price and when it comes time to close the deal they raise the price because maintenance was done in the car. i just accepted it because... I didn't want to loose my trip from Augusta to Atlanta.

    Drove 4 hours here from Alabama. When I got there one of the salesman drove the car home. I never saw the car? and they could not get a hold of the saleman.

    Me and my fiance went and test drove a car about 2 weeks ago at this dealership and it was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. As soon... as we get in the car and start driving it makes a noise and we tell the dealer riding with is. We get back, sit down and he goes and speaks with someone over the mechanical department. We told him we were interested in buying the car if they would give us a discount so we could get whatever needed fixing fixed, so the RUDE man infers that they would fix it there and get thes RAISE THE PRICE!!!! I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone.
