Service Consultant-GREGG MANN provided Exceptional Service

***Please note: My 5-star rating is based solely on Greg Mann's exceptional service*** ****I would recommend this Service Center ONLY IF GREG MANN is the Service Consultant.**** My name is Jasmine Bilello. Since I cannot correct the inaccurate survey I submitted (on behalf of John Bilello) on 7/12/18, I write this review to explain the contradicting answers on the survey. The sole purpose of my submitting the survey was to make you aware of the superb service that your valuable service consultant, GREG MANN, provided me. These are the comments I wrote on the survey: Keep your valuable service representative. GREG MANN. employed @ your dealership. I could've paid less if I had gone somewhere else. Greg's trustworthiness is the ONLY reason I brought my car to you because I was confident he would provide me with exceptional service. He did not disappoint me. A situation occurred to my car while it was in your care (not Greg's fault). Despite our disappointment & inconvenience, we remained patient because I knew Greg would do everything in his power to accommodate us and resolve the problem. He went beyond the call of duty to avoid further inconvenience to us and ensure we were satisfied with the outcome. I cannot give enough praise about GREG MANN. He's personable, yet professional. Despite the overwhelming amount of work orders that he handles in one day, he is calm, pleasant, sincere & PATIENT. Customer service is VERY important to me & Greg, once again, provided me with OUTSTANDING service He deserves an "Outstanding Employee Award" & a raise in pay. I was unsure and incorrectly answered some questions on the survey. I gave low ratings because I mistakenly thought the questions applied to ALL of Bob Tyler's employees in general. Had I realized that the questions pertained to Greg Mann specifically, I would have given him the highest (best) possible ratings. My completion of the survey was to reflect Greg's superior service. It was NOT my intention to provide negative responses that would discredit Greg's job performance or jeopardize his good standing in your company. I hope the appropriate personnel reads this review and overlooks my inaccurate negative responses on the survey.

Tacoma owner

I had a pleasant buying experience at Bob Tyler Toyota this morning. The salesman Andy Chambers was very outgoing,friendly , and hospitable. I am not a tech savvy person, so when They took extra time to go over some of the technology it put my mind at ease.

Enjoyable and Effortless Purchase and Trade

Courteous staff added pleasure to my new Tacoma. The transaction was quick and smooth from beginning to end. The sales representative, Roch, treated me with respect and explained everything clearly. I feel like I gained a good relationship with this dealership.

Lonnie Smith - AWESOME!

The entire process from calling to ensure that the vehicle was available to taking possession, was very pleasant. The salesman Lonnie was simple a pleasure to deal with! He was very professional and attentive to my needs. He was AWESOME! This is what car buying should be like!

Excellent Car Buying Experience!!!

Tony Teschel was an excellent salesman and has helped me multiple times in the past with the purchase of myvehicles. I highly recommend you get your vehicle from Bob Tyler Toyota. Their no haggle price guarantee is awesome! All the employees are extremely pleasant and you do not feel pressured at all. Many dealerships are out there to choose from but Bob Tyler is the place to go!

Very Good Experience

I found a truck online at Bob Tyler Toyota and decided to go have a look. Marie Moore and two associates-in-training were the sales team who took all the time I needed to answer lots of questions. They were all courteous and friendly and I appreciated their help with the purchase. The purchase transaction was lengthy, but I am so happy with my 2016 Nissan Frontier! Thanks to all the staff at Bob Tyler. Melissa

1st. Rate!!

Excellent personnel to deal with- sales, finance, service- all very professional helpful and friendly. Second Camry purchase here and an initial mechanical issue was solved easily and without hassle. Sales associate was Justin Brown. I recommend Justin highly and would certainly purchase another vehicle from him in the future. He answered all questions and gave us all the time we needed to make sure we had the right car at the right price. See Justin for your vehicle needs!!

My experience

I have purchased two vehicles from bob tyler! My salesman was paul he was awesome and he took the time to find me something i like both times! I just found out that my service lady michelle hamm is leaving! I love her she is great!
