Amazing!

Amazing! I have to say this experience was the best I've had. Probably ever. I could tell from the first conversation that RJ was all about honesty and doing what was right for his customers. RJ went above and beyond and made the entire experience smooth and easy. The quality of the vehicle, the cleanliness and everything to do with the purchase was outstanding. I highly recommend centennial Imports and most specifically RJ to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. This was truly a 10-star experience in a five-star world. Thank you, RJ and crew

Thoroughly enjoyed working with RJ at Mercedes of Pensacola. Being from out of state RJ made everything happen from the deal to the delivery. Recommend RJ and the dealer.

RJ and John were easy to work with.

RJ and John were easy to work with. No pressure sales. We came to a fair price and they also paid for a 2nd key fob from bmw.

We stay in Pensacola Beach every fall/winter.

We stay in Pensacola Beach every fall/winter. We had our Revel RV sprinter van serviced at this location two times last year. We called about a month ago and were told that there’s no issue with waiting for the van. That’s why we waited until we got down here to scheduled our B service. We just called and were told we are not allowed to wait for the van while it’s being serviced because new management is in place that doesn’t allow people to wait. I’ve never heard of such a thing. You can’t wait for a vehicle while it’s being serviced? Even after Chris asked the manager and explained our situation, he called us back and said the manager said, “no.” In fact, Chris couldn’t even guarantee that we could get the vehicle back in the same day ~ even though we’re scheduling it for a month out. We’re living in the van with our cat so clearly leaving it overnight is not option. Very disappointed. We have scheduled our service with the Mercedes dealership in Mobile, AL. The woman who scheduled our appointment was super nice, helpful, and very accommodating. If you ever have an issue dealing with this dealership, I would suggest reaching out to the one Mobile.

Easily the best automobile dealership we’ve ever dealt with. Brent is the consummate professional and between he and Robert McDonald, the way in which they handled an unfortunate situation, demonstrated how much they truly care about the customer. 10/10 recommend!

Centennial Motors has been wonderful to work with! I bought a GLC 300 Mercedes and I love it!! I would like to recognize John Knight who was amazing to buy a car from!! He was honest and helpful and easy to work with!! I would also like to give kudos to John Dooley who helped me out, also!!! Buying a car from Centennial Motors was a pleasant experience for sure!!!

Our sales person was good.

Our sales person was good. They had the car we wanted. The car is great. But the finance person was extremely unpleasant, and did not honor the quote that the Austin had given us. We paid about $2,000 more than expected. Unfortunately, wife is the accountant, but only hubby went to buy the car and the finance person took advantage of him!

There needs to be more than "5 Stars"!

There needs to be more than "5 Stars"! From start to finish, this was the best auto purchase we have experienced. We went in out of curiosity to see a GLE 350 that was online. We were headed to Lexus to purchase a vehicle we had previously selected. After meeting with RJ we were sold on a 2024 MB GLE 350. RJ knew all the details of this vehicle, answered questions, and educated us on the advantages of this model. We test-drove it and were sold. From there we went to Brent in Finance. For us, this is always the worst part of a vehicle purchase as there is typically a high-pressure situation where the Finance person tries to upsell you on add-ons. Not so with Brent. He explained each program and its benefits and helped us form a good plan for our purchase. He researched finance options and came up with the best, beating our credit union. Throughout the process GSM, Robert helped seal the deal with added value to our trade as well as throwing in some extras. Though we didn't deal with him this time, I must state that our Service manager, Chris, is always supportive. We have been bringing our 2021 MB Sprinter motorhome in for routine maintenance. He is always helpful and supportive explaining each step to help us understand. For all the reasons above, the MB reputation, and the vehicles themselves, we will continue to recommend Centennial Imports to our friends and family.

I have been meaning to write this for some time but after calling Mike @ Centennial, I have to applaud his product knowledge and commitment to taking care of his customers long after the sale. When I bought my wifes Mercedes, he went out of his way on his day off to make sure she understood all the features. Last week I called him about our 2012 C Class that we gave our daughter and he fixed the problem over the phone. His experience and quest for customer satisfaction is second to none. If you need a new Mercedes or Volvo, ask for Mike J.
