    Truck had a major issue and within two days they had the whole cooling system replaced and ready to go . Even dealt with the third party warranty company to get my water pump covered .

    Service was quick and professional. They provided me with great service and keep me informed of the progress and who much time it would take. They also took me to the customer service room where they gave me water and a great selection of snacks. I was able to relax and watch TV while I waited

    This was my 2nd time purchasing a truck from Hill Kelly and Ashley and Will did a great job. By far the smoothest and quickest auto purchase I have ever made. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and treated us great.I will definitely be back when it's time to upgrade again.

    The service scheduler was helping somebody else when I called, but rather than making me hold, they offered to call me back. I was able to schedule my recall service for the next day, and when I arrived, the service adviser allowed me to add an oil change to the job. Still, I had to wait less than an hour before I was on my way. Great experience overall!

    Got the recall notice in the mail , I called they ordered the part mailed and called that the part had arrived. We scheduled an appointment date and time. Got in and out very quickly service tech David Del Regato was very helpful he even brought the vehicle close to the exit for me thank you David.

    Yesterday was the 3rd time I've bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee (2012, 2015, 2017) at Hill-Kelly Dodge in Pensacola, and each time I've been there, I have been even more highly, favorably impressed with this dealership than I already was from previous visits. I don't know who does their training there, but as a retired educator, I must say that they are doing absolutely everything right. Yesterday, the salesperson I worked with was a young woman who was absolutely delightful -- friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and every other good characteristic a salesperson should have (...with none of the bad ones). She was obviously well-trained on all of the latest technology for helping me find exactly the best vehicle for my needs. She went above-and-beyond, especially in the patience category, in her efforts on my behalf. There was none of that pushiness or thinking that I must not know much because I'm a woman... and an old one at that. She was respectful, tolerant of my unending questions, and good-natured, even when I asked to go back and look at vehicles we had just looked at a few minutes earlier. In addition to her, every other Hill-Kelly staff member -- that I either worked with during this transaction or just spoke to while walking around the building -- treated me with not only the utmost respect, but also with a degree of friendliness and helpfulness that I have found in few other places of business or service - ever. I drive quite a bit further to get to Hill-Kelly Dodge than I would actually have to, simply because I'm willing to put more effort out in order to get the high-quality purchasing and follow-up service experiences that I've always gotten there. I really don't think it would be possible for a dealership to be run any better. Yes, most of the various dealerships I have dealt with over the years -- and I trade for a new car every 1, 2, or 3 years -- and I'm in my 70s, so I've bought a LOT of cars... all dealerships are civil and moderately friendly. But the Hill-Kelly saleswoman and other staff members there once again made me feel like not only a valued customer but also a friend... and, dare I say a "family member"? Oh, and their honesty! Yesterday after we had agreed on a price, they came back in the office where I was waiting to let me know they had found an additional rebate (or something... I forget what they called it, because I was in heavenly shock over it...) for $500.00 more OFF. Now, who would do that? Who would give the customer yet another $500.00 off that she wasn't even aware of, much less expecting? Unheard of... but not surprising at this particular dealership, because that's just the kind of people they are... and I, for one, appreciated it more than they might ever realize. Anyway, you get the picture... To put it more succinctly, I love this dealership, because they truly are exemplary in every way.
