2nd car from hill kelly

John Q. Worked great for me he was very patient and didn't pressure me todo anything. I could ask John any question and if he didn't know it he would find out for me. I was happy with my first car I got here and I'm happy with my second 4 years later! I'll be back again for sure!

Purchase a 2015 Dodge Hellcat with help of John and Rusty

Well to start off I would like to say that I had no intentions in buying a Hellcat as I rolled into the dealer about a month ago. I wanted to trade my current vehicle for a much better gas mileage vehicle. However, the deal that was made after about 3 weeks of negotiating with Mr. Rusty Hill and Mr. John Quante was one that I had to take. They gave me a good amount of money for my trade in and were able to discount the price tag on the hellcat. These gentlemen were very patient and understanding and most of all HONEST. Mr. John Quante gave me all the details about the pros and cons with the hellcat. Mr. Rusty Hill was honest about the amount of gas that the vehicle would be using and at one point he even made me test drive other vehicles that were way cheaper than the hellcat which showed me that they just wanted to give me something that I was comfortable with in the end. Will purchase from these gentlemen in the future. Highly recommended.

New set of wheels

After my Jeep that was 12 years old finally broke down on me, and realizing it would cost me over 2k to either replace or rebuild the engine, I decided to get a newer vehicle. A coworker of my girlfriend told me to go see Ashley Conlin at Hill-Kelly. Though it's my 2nd or 3rd time buying a car, it's my 1st time in Florida. Ashley was very friendly, fast and made my girlfriend and I feel very welcomed. She made the process very easy and cleared up anything I was confused by. If I had to buy another vehicle, or recommend anyone, I'd tell them to see her. The time spent was well worth it, I really love my car and Ashley made the experience all more worth it. Thanks Ashley, a job well done!

Great experience!

I stopped by to check on a used car that we saw on their website. I met John Quante and he showed me the car. I still had one other car I wanted to go check out at another dealership. The other car we looked at did not work out as we were on a budget and I wanted to go back to Hill Kelly for one reason the salesman was friendly without that pushy feeling you get at some of the other places and I just felt like they could find me a car that met our needs and not force something I didn't want. We went back to give another look and they had another vehicle that we ended up liking more than the original one we looked at. We did look into financing with them but ended up going to our credit union. Our bank mentioned that we got an excellent deal and we also verified through online searches. This car is for our teen son. There was a technical window and door lock issue. I was concerned and they made sure to resolve all. John was really great about checking in on the car while it was being serviced. Everyone in there was friendly and Hill Kelly will be where we shop first when looking for another vehicle.

Amazing car buying experience!

We had been thinking of buying a new car for awhile, and had previously spoke with Ashley about this. She was extremely helpful, sending us pictures and descriptions as we requested, (but without being even the slightest bit pushy about it) anytime they got in something new that we may of been interested in, since we have 3 young kids that was extremely convenient for me so I didn't have to go up there every time they had something we may or may not be interested in, as well as I didn't want to go to spend a whole day at the dealership. Then, she sent us an awesome van at an awesome price that I loved, so we decided to head down and check it out. Of course we had been shopping around online at other dealerships as well, but this van was impeccable for the price especially compared to what we had seen at other places. We got every bell and whistle you could possibly dream of on a mini van, tons and tons of storage, super clean, low miles, GREAT price. Ashley impressed us with her professionalism, calmness, positive attitude, and immense knowledge of the vehicle, and of the financing process. She made us feel completely comfortable the entire time. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle, and she walked me through the entire process very patiently and thoroughly. She was also very patient and helpful with my rambunctious, bored 4 year old, and even tracked her down some markers, paper and stickers to keep her entertained while we waited for the financing paperwork. Car salesman (and ladies) have a bad reputation of being pushy, and ripping you off, but Ashley is changing the game, she has set a higher standard and is going above and beyond to be compassionate, caring, and understanding of each individuals situation. She genuinely cares, and is amazing at her job, you will not be disappointed by her or by the amazing deals at Hill Kelly and their beautiful show room and lobby!

fantastic service

After going to many dealerships, I came to Hill Kelly. We were immediately greeted by Ashley. She was very welcoming. I was impressed by her knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in, and her thorough knowledge of Dodge's history. She was very energetic, and it appeared she really enjoyed her job. She was very helpful, and was able to answer any questions I had during the entire process. She gave us the grand tour of the dealership. This dealership is by far the nicest, cleanest dealership I have ever been to, not to mention it was very well decorated. The entire staff seemed to be very friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Chuck seemed very business oriented, but still extremely friendly and helpful. He was very thorough in his job. Shelby is one of the main reasons I stopped at Hill Kelly. I was surprised at how quickly she responded to an inquiry I had made through their website. She was very polite and friendly over the phone, while answering all the questions I had during the conversation. I would most definitely recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to go to Hill Kelly.

Only car dealer I would recommend EVER!

I have been searching for a car that would fit into my budget, and Ashley, who has been nearly a lifetime friend, was gracious enough to keep in contact with me, and answer all of my questions, before I even walked into the dealership. It can be intimidating buying a car for the first time, but she provided a wonderful, calm, and tranquil environment, ensuring me that we could get all of the specifications that I wanted in my new car, with a payment that I could afford. I was very nervous, and Ashley truly made the entire experience a breeze! AND I found a wonderful 2010 used car with only FIVE THOUSAND miles.. unheard of! Through the entire process Ashley communicated the next steps, what I could expect from everyone I met, and how long the process would take, so there was never a moment that I wasn't unsure of where I was at in the process. Ashley is truly a blessing to the Hill-Kelly dealership, and especially to her customers, like me. Thank you Ashley for being my guidance in a situation that I could have easily been lost in. If you are looking for a car, new or used, and a car dealer that will be patient, and kind and take as much time as you need to answer all of your questions, I highly recommend Ashley Conlin of Hill-Kelly Dodge, you will not be disappointed.

Great customer service!

My husband and I have been shopping for our 16 year old daughter a car for awhile now. We stopped into look at a dodge charger and was meet by Ashley. She was so helpful and had a lot of knowledge of the car she showed us. Ashley you ROCK!
