I had a great experience with this dealership. They were honest and upfront about every stage of the buying process. I got a fair price on my trade and on the vehicle I purchased. The sales staff was friendly and professional.

Unhappy!!

. I was told my wait time would be about an hour. It was going to be around 3 hrs. I ask for transmission fluid,was told 112.00 plus fluid. At time of check in for appt 338.00 . I waited days for an appointment,left with nothing. Very disappointed.

Bought a new car

Overall the salesman did great just needed to be more educated on some aspects of the different vehicles. I asked a few questions he couldn't answer so I had to look them up myself. Other than that everyone was respectful.

No haggling or price, easy in, easy out

Thed and the sales management team did an awesome job making this an easy experience. There was no haggling of price and never did they attempt to take advantage of me. The first given price was awesome, never having to re-negotiate. Their statement about no price haggling is true. When I asked for something, I got it, not even a question. I would buy from them again.

Very relaxing oil change...

Very nice customer lounge with really nice chairs and multiple TV monitors and equipped with multiple coffee machines. Does not take long and feel confident the service was done right and the proper products were used.

No hassle, fluid purchase.

Used car Mgr, went all out to make this purchase happen. He was kind, courteous, and generous. Absolutely no hassle. Shortest purchase I have ever had. In and out with a smile on my face. The sales person Buster, was very good at this job, answered every question I had, and then some. Good Man.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I worked with both Buster and Chris and both were extremely helpful and made the process very easy. This was my first new car purchase and I will definitely be back in to see these guys when it is time for my next!
