I was scheduled for a 7:45am oil change and tire rotation prior to a long trip... I showed up an hour early and I was immediately in-processed and my ...vehicle service was completed by the time my originally scheduled appointment time. All of the World Ford employees were very professional as usual. I’ve been bringing my 2013 Taurus to World Ford since I purchased the car... I’ve never before felt as though a dealership was truly concerned with the preventative maintenance and longevity of my vehicle. Great job World Ford, Pensacola!

Great group of people at World Ford! Shortly after my new Mustang purchase I was invited to a new owners seminar at the dealership. We were served san...dwich, chips cookies. Then they provided an interesting hour long question answer session on our new Ford products with the dealership service and parts managers. Interesting and helpful! I think my relationship with World Ford will be bright indeed. The new Mustang's are pretty awesome too!

I was in and out relatively quickly despite showing up without an appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Staff is always courteous. Check oth...er things without charge and gave me a heads up on my brakes and tires needing to be replaced soon.

Whatever you do, do not waste your time getting service done at World Ford!! I had an appointment this afternoon to get brake pads installed on my tr...uck. After waiting at the dealership for 45 minutes they stated that they wouldn't have time to work on my brakes, EVEN THOUGH THEY TOOK THE APPOINTMENT FOR THIS EXACT THING! So I told them to get my keys as I would be taking my business elsewhere. Why take an appointment if you can get the work done during the time scheduled? I never received an apology from anyone while I was there. While on my way to their competition, the manager at World Ford called me. He did actually apologize and wondered how he could resolve the issue. By this time I was still upset because of the time I wasted getting off work early to go there! He said he would see what he could do. He then called me back saying he couldn't discount anything in order to gave them another chance. He then offered to top off my gas tank if I came back (once again after wasting over an hour of my time by this point. I said thanks but no thanks and proceeded to another brake shop. The other place got me right in but when they went to take off my wheels they noticed that my wheel locks were not in my truck. The locks were taken out by World Ford and were still there!! So I had to drive all the way back there to get my locks. This in turn screwed up me getting my brakes done at World Fords competition as I would have to come back the next day. So basically not only did World Ford screw up my appointment with them, they also screwed it up at another shop! I like to get all of my vehicle work done at the Ford dealerships and would have given all of my business to World Ford, but after this crappy experience I will never go back. I URGE YOU TO AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU CAN!!
