I bought my car from them on January 5th still dont have title!!! Cant get it registered. Wont give me new temp tags. I've been pulled over 3x's. Completely... horrible customer service
They were in an ownership transition, so although it was hard to get a hold of people, it wasn't really their fault. The people were great, very helpful.... They adapted to our lender needs. They were reasonable on the price.
Being able to make a deal by email instead of going through the stressful in dealership game of buying a car is the only way to buy a new car. I also appreciate... that the prices were listed on the internet, that fact alone gave me a starting point to do business with your dealership and after the agreed upon price was set that is why I drove two and a half hours to buy my Ridgeline from your dealership instead of buying locally.

Bought a used car at a great price but they increased the listed price that I was following on internet when I started showing interest by contacting them.... In addition, they wanted to spring a ridiculous $2,000 dealership fee on me. I threatened to walk away from deal and they caved. Eventually I got the price I wanted. However, the real headaches started AFTER the purchase when the service was TERRIBLE. Nobody returned my phone calls and emails as I was awaiting paperwork for my TITLE in order to register my car in Texas and get my license plates. It took TWO MONTHS to get this done with constant pestering. Their customer service after purchase is HORRIBLE! Beware of the teaser price on internet and the crappy service after they get your money!
Wound up buying a new car. Spent way more than intended. Service department was great and did everything they could to help me. Sales staff and finance... were helpful but would not buy here again
I purchased a vehicle about a month ago. I drove two hours to get a vehicle that was priced well on the internet. When I got there, they added a $2000... mandatory warranty on the vehicle that is not listed on any way on their website or the site I used to find the car! We finally came to an “agreement “ and I was sent to the finance department at another Fenton dealership bc they didn’t have their own! There they tried to sucker me into another warranty!!!!!!!! This warranty covered more and was less expensive than the mandatory one I was forced to buy! So I asked why can’t I get that one instead of their Fenton for life warranty????? Oh! Then everybody made their way to the office I was at, and I felt extremely Uncomfortable! I finally was able to get everything back to what I agreed to, meanwhile the friendly car salesman who was playing the “good cop” role acted like he wasn’t sure what was going on! That seems to be their technique! I got my new car and left, and I won’t be back for any service, another vehicle or even a glass of water at this place! Be Very careful and alert here!
I spoke to Adam Stevens regarding possibly purchasing a car. He was very professional, very confident in his product and sure of himself and not pushy... at all. A pleasure to work with. I'm sure that's where I'll purchase my next car.
They worked hard to get sale done. They were very pleasant to deal with overall. I would recommend them to a friend to buy a vehicle from.
The cars salesman was great to work with he answered all questions and was a great help. One the other hand the finance person was a jerk and was untruthfull.
The experience I had at Fenton Honda was good and the individuals that were involved in my car purchase were friendly and willing to work with me to make... my purchase satisfactory. I would recommend them if someone is looking to make a Honda purchase.
