White Allen Honda

Great people to work with from initial call to the service people to the billing dept. This is my third experience with White Allen service and I will continue to return my Honda to White Allen for service.

This is my 2nd new car in two years from White Allen. Will come back to work with my salesman Walt Sims when I'm ready for my 3rd!

Best service department in Ohio . I have been to others in Columbus area and white Allen in Dayton is the best . Very happy with the service

White Allen has a great Sales and Service Staff. The ladies and gentlemen listen to customer concerns. They provide clear concise answers and excellent vehicle maintenance.

They do not try and pressure you into buying unnecessary items, the wait time is minimal, people are friendly, and most importantly, they are always willing to work around my schedule at the last minute. This was the first time I took my car in for an oil change. The customer service was great and they got me in and out quickly. They helped me understand how to "read" and understand the diagnostics. The waiting area was clean and the free coffee was delicious!

Showed up to look at a Black Honda Odyssey. Inquiried stating I was there to look at the Black Honda Odyssey. The salesman pulls up a Gray Honda Odyssey and say that this was the one. I said we were looking for Black then states it was marked wrong on the internet. No apology, no let me look for what you are looking for, no let me get your information and contact you if we get one or I locate one. No let me show you our new black Honda Odyssey and share with you what we can do for you there. We drove over an hour, I made an appointment to avoid this and the service I received was awful. Been to 2 other Honda dealerships they they were amazing much better with actually helping us.

Terrific experience, fast and helpful. Felt like I walked away getting best deal possible. Randy was a pleasure to work with so much we got another car from him.

Truly appreciate the care that was taken to protect me from the pandemic. As soon as I arrived they were covering everything in my car with plastic or paper before they even got in to protect me and themselves. Everything was clean and they had great attention to he details. Thanks so much.
