    On a recent trip from Columbus MS to Fort Walton beach, the alarm on my 2016 Cadillac sounded two times for no apparent reason. As your dealership was... the nearest, we stopped in. Your service rep, Jonathan, met us at the door, promptly ran a diagnostic test which was clear and told us what to do if it happened again. We were on the road in 30 minutes, most impressed with your service department

    This dealership set a 'VIP showing' appointment with me, and as I drove over 45 minutes to get to the dealership for my appointment, and kept in touch... with the salesperson throughout the day, and let them know when I left my house and was heading to my appointment, called me when I was 15 minutes from arriving for my appointment time to tell me that someone had just come in a put down a $500 REFUNDABLE deposit, and therefore had buying priority over me. I was told if the deal fell through, I could put down a $500 refundable deposit to hold the car for me. When I asked why I would not have been given the opportunity to put down a refundable deposit if they would, in fact, sell this car out from under me 15 minutes prior to my 'VIP' appointment (and of course I would have put down a REFUNDABLE deposit!), and was told, well, they didn't know someone was going to come in before me and be interested in the car. This total disregard for honoring customer relationships and USAA-affiliated relationships. Sounds like another sales agent pushed another customer to put down a deposit knowing that I was on my way. The total unprofessionalism exhibited with my experience made me feel like I needed to be pleased that I didn't end up doing business with this dealership.

    We purchased our SRX used and it was a fantastic experience. Great vehicle purchased from great people. Nick and Clint went way out of their way to get... us the best deal possible and they would always follow up and make sure our service visits went well.     Bought several cars at Vince Whibbs. Service has always been excellent. Wont go anywhere else. This last visit I purchased a set of tires and was given... a rebate I was unaware of- Great job!

    Doing Business with Vince Whibbs over 10 years. I have purchase new and used cars and trucks. I do all my service with Vince Whibbs. This is the Best dealership... around.

    Beginning in Oct 2017 I brought my truck in as a victim of the dreaded "Chevy Shake" uncorrectable vibration (google/youtube it). Service lied and said... it was my tires. Over 7 months they continued to lie and replace parts not related to the issue to bleed money from GM through warranty troubleshooting repairs to line their own pockets. I complained to GM. GM ordered a final repair attempt where the Service Manager Ed McCombs blamed my new set of tires which is obviously not the case. I proceeded to file for a lemon buy back and GM's first offer was complete buy back. "Now tell me, Mr. McCombs, does GM often buy back trucks that you claim have nothing wrong with them? With misjudgments so exceptional, are you competent to be service manager?" This is fraud of the warranty system at my expense. I was with out my truck for 38 days over 7 months and when they replaced the rear-end the service tech left out a gasket and all the gear oil leaked out causing me more unnecessary down time, gross incompetence. I bought 7 new Yukons and Sierras from Vince Whibbs over 14 years and everything was fine as long as nothing went wrong. I would avoid the dealership and '14-Present Sierras & Silverados if I were you.

    took my car here to replace all the rubbers in my car spent $2300. when I got my car back my car is making a rattling sound from left rear susp. wheel.... the guy said might happened when they put my car up for repairs. at first they said is just something in my trunk. took everything out of my trunk and I was still hearing the sound. now they told me I have to replace both shocks and it will coast me almost $500. I will never let them touch my car again!

    We are sorry you feel that way. If you remember you brought your vehicle in for us to correct a condition created by another repair shop. That repai...r was made and the $2300 was reimbursed by that shop. At that time,we were not aware of any other concerns. We have since been able to give you an estimate for repairs regarding the noise and you have declined. If you have changed your mind, please let us know.
