Terrific staff. We encountered some problems with a purchase, and Gordon went out of his way to ensure that we had peace of mind and ended up with a great... deal. It took substantial time and effort from him, and even ended up costing the dealership some extra money to make sure we were happy, but they did it without making us feel pressured, manipulated or deceived. They made what could have been a disaster a terrific experience. I'll start with them next time I'm in the market.

After contacting this dealership about a used car, I drove down there to test drive; finished test drive and all seemed to be well. I discussed my limited... budget with the sales guy, and he didn’t really want to work with me much... well all right, that’s fine. He scans my drivers license and comes back, says tomorrow the car will go up in price by $1,500(!!), can we make a deal? It’s important to mention here that they had not even cleaned this car up yet! Hubcap missing, another one messed up, car not washed, and it looked like someone was hauling a bale of hay in the trunk and back seat for how much straw was there - a veritable MESS and you want me to pay MORE to take it home like that?? Um, no dude. Not cool. I plan on reporting this to the BBB and the state attorney general. I do not appreciate being bait and switched like I’m a sucker. At least clean a vehicle before you try and pawn off your mess to an unsuspecting customer!

Doug Jordan was great! I found the car online and he arranged financing for me over the phone. I picked up the car a couple of days later. He even came... in before the regular dealer hours to accommodate me. It was worth a 2 1/2 hour drive to pick up the car. Car was just as advertised!
I had a budget for the type of vehicle my family and I could buy. Our family has bought about four cars from them and the last car I bought there they... did not want to work out a deal or anything. All cars are fully paid off we have bought from them before, it’s upsetting that they don’t honor longtime and returning buyers. Tried to buy a used car, no one was willing to give me info or a car in our price range- they took me just to look at their website. I did that and didn’t receive a email about the car I wanted until it was sold. They need to honor their long time customers and provide better customer service

My 83 year father wanted to up grade his 2015 crv , to a crv with more safety features. His crv only had 29k on it but he felt if he got a fair deal... on his trade in and all the features of a new one ,he would make the deal. We dealt with John Grim. He was wonderful with my father. Very patient with him. Dad repeats himself alot and can get anxious. John explained everything to him a couple of times. Until dad understood. He has never financed a car before. Lol. On to the paperwork and Ricky was just as patient with him. Dad didnt know how an ipad worked to sign forms electronically. These gentlemen were so awesome with us. Dad left with his new car and was never was stressed about any of it. Thanks to John and Ricky. My Dad loves his new car. And I am happy he has the extra safety features

I bought a used honda civic certified from this place. When I bought it, the guy that sold me the car didn’t even offer a test drive. I took the car back... 3 time for a shake in the wheel and they still haven’t fixed it. At that point i just gave up trying to get it fixed. Kinda wish i bought it from a different place.

We were in need of a good quality used car on short notice. I requested information on card.com, and I got a response in minutes and a follow up email... as soon as the dealership opened. Although the original car I requested information on was being sold, our salesman found us a comparable car within our budget. We are very pleased with our buying experience with Honda of Marysville.

As a family with 2 little ones we are so busy. I had been in to test drive a pilot a few months again and was undecided about the purchase. A few months... later because of a recommendation I read about Richard we decided to come in and give it another try. I wanted my husband to test drive the vehicle, and Richard offered for us to take it overnight to see what we thought. Amazing!!! Buying a car isn’t a super pleasant experience but Richard helped make it more smooth!

Awful experience! I called and texted about a specific vehicle, my specific needs that is was uber clean, no accidents, no-smoker vehicle that was well... cared for... assured that that was the case we drove over 2 hrs (1 way) to test drive buy the vehicle. I even texted the salesman when we were leaving. All that being said, we arrive the vehicle was pulled up close to the door. The salesman (dare I say that) has me a broke key that’s glued together and says, it hasn’t been serviced or detailed yet and I just noticed the check engine lights on! No big deal, we’ll take care of before delivery... seriously, 4 hours of my life all because he didn’t care. Like I said, awful!

I took my car into the auto body shop on a Monday for a minor repair and was told that it would take a week. After a week, (Monday) I called and was... told that it would be done Wednesday or Thursday, the the repair was much worse than expected, I said oh, how will that effect my estimate? Oh no, they have it covered, the estimate is the same. Really, it took more time but you aren't going to charge me for it? I don't think so. I called Wednesday to get an update. I was then told my car was the first one to go into painting on Friday, so worse case, I would get it Monday. Which is now 2 weeks in the shop for a MINOR repair. I called The the 3rd Monday and was told it is in painting. That I should get it Tuesday. I did get it Tuesday which is over 3 weeks from when I took it in with a timeline of 1 week. my problem is that it was a very minor repair. The first lie was the week timeline, The 2nd lie was the extent of the repair was worse, but they weren't going to charge me. The 3rd lie was that it was the first car to go into painting on Friday. the 4th lie was that it would be done the 3rd Monday after I took it in. I do NOT recommend the auto body shop, and because of my treatment I will not be taking my Honda back there to be serviced.
