I recently purchased a used 2021 Acura TLX Advanced from this dealership. I made it home and realized that the rear seats headrests were missing. Bryan Barrett was very accommodating at the dealership and in purchasing the car, and gave me his business card on our way out. I proceeded to text him and ask if there was anything he could do. He chose to read the texts and not respond 3 separate times, extremely disappointed in this service

Best dealership to buy a new or used vehicle wouldn't go anywhere else very helpful and easiest dealership iv ever been to usually buying a car is a headache but not here best experience iv ever had at a dealership recommend coming to honda marysville if in the market for a vehicle staff is amazing!treat you like your part there family they listen and are prompt on answering any questions and concerns you may have I'd give a higher rating if could best experience ever.

The dealer allowed a service person to PEANENTLY change
The dealer allowed a service person to PEANENTLY change all my radio stations. Why was he allowed to run down my battery? Why was he allowed to mess up the way I use the car? Can't they make their employees bring in their own little radio? A few weeks later, the battery went dead. May be related, or maybe not. But I lost the use of my radio until I did the extra work of changing channels. What a way to treat customers. I will never go back to that dealer, and I always buy Hondas.

Matt was wonderful to work with, and made the buying process clear and easy. The vehicle I purchased is in good shape aside from a squeal under the hood which they replaced the serpentine belt in an attempt to fix, but there was no way of them predicting the problem was still there and they would 100% fix it if I brought the car back.
