Alden Chau made it easy to trade-in our car for a great price towards a new car. Honda of Serramonte had the model and color we were looking for. Members of my family have bought several cars from this dealership over the years and their service department is great too!

Super low-pressure sales let me take my time and find the right car for me. No pushy upsells until the last minute when they try to get you to buy extended warranties, etc. But overall, a good experience for what it's worth.

I recently brought my vehicle in for service at Honda

I recently brought my vehicle in for service at Honda Serramonte, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outstanding customer care provided by Jerald Tugalde and his team. Jerald was courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated clearly every step of the way. One of the parts—the seatbelt buckle—had a long delay, but Jerald kept me updated and apologized several times for the wait. I understand that this part can often take time to replace, and I truly appreciated his honesty and empathy throughout the process. Now, I feel completely safe in my 2005 Honda Pilot knowing it was properly diagnosed and serviced. Thank you, Jerald, for going above and beyond—I highly recommend this service department to anyone looking for reliable and excellent care!

We are Honda 100% in our Family.

We are Honda 100% in our Family. It saved my wife's life in an accident on the freeway. We just bought a used honda for my daughter, and Plan on buying a CRV next month. This will be our 4th honda we buy here. This time a new one too. These guys are know their stuff and are not pushy. We considered a competing brand which we will not mention, but just walking into the show room with the competition, you can feel the Sharky sales tactics.
