I am over 75 and have been buying cars since I was a teenager. This was not my first purchase. The experience was the best that I have experienced in all those years. Over 90% of this was due to our salesperson Kyle Prell (the other 10% was the no hassle finance department). He was extremely honest and helped us find exactly what we want. The trade value of our old car was fairly priced and above what we expected. If you want a pleasant car or truck buying experience - go see Kyle!

Mark was very helpful to me at this dealership.

Mark was very helpful to me at this dealership. It's as if he knew what I was looking for in a vehicle before I even did. He was very friendly and patient with me. He made sure everything was transparent. I was informed about every step of the process. He was even able to keep me under my budget without sacrificing what I wanted. 10 out of 10, I would recommend him for auto shopping.

Dealership was extremely helpful and made the entire process easy. Mark Torelli was our story and he was very easy going and relaxed during the entire appointment. Not pushy or hovering which we appreciated while we made our decision and test drive.

I just want to say how amazing Mark Torelli is.

I just want to say how amazing Mark Torelli is. He Went WAY above and BEYOUND to help my mother in law. He did everything to help her get where she needed to be able to get her vehicle. I am a repeat customer myself and they have always treated me like family. Jeffrey Korel and Patty Hayles worked really really hard also and we appreciate all their help and hard work more they will ever know.

They have great accommodations and I love the extra services and maintenance they proved. I had worked with Mark at Pete Moore imports and he was a very huge help in helping me find a reliable car for my first purchase. If anyone is looking for a car they should definitely go to Pete Moore and look for Mark he has such a big heart for his customers.

My salesman Mark Torelli showed me many options within my budget. His team was transparent and gave me a fair price on my trade-in. PenAir offered different tiers of financing options for my loan. I felt comfortable and stress-free through the entire process.

Run buyer Run!

Run buyer Run! We have spent months trying to deal with this company. They accessed our PII and falsified paperwork without our knowledge or consent. They also intentionally did so. Yup that’s ID theft and fraud. We were dealing with this all though the holidays in 2024, its now spring of 2025 and we are still dealing with this. We paid insurance on a car we didn’t even keep nor were we driving. We have burned through leave and spent nights and weekends dealing with this. We are now down a car thanks to this dealership. We had to file a BBB complaint, a complaint with the state, and the FTC. Next step is an attorney. The company advised in Jan that VW would remove all the hard hits to our credit so we could go get a car elsewhere. They advised it could take 30-60 days to show. Its well past that and now they won’t even respond when I try to contact them. Save the headache, look at Volvo, Benz, BMW or whatever you like, just run from Audi and VW especially at this dumpster fire of a dealership.
