    WE SHOPPED ALL WEEKEND FOR A NEW TRUCK , AND EVERY DEALER IN FORT MYERS DID NOT CARE TO SELL US ANYTHING.WE ALMOST GAVE UP ON OUR DREAM TO GET A NEW TRUCK AND MY WIFE SAID LETS GIVE COCONUT POINT A TRY AND BOY SHE WAS RIGHT.THEY WENT OVER AND ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY WITH A GREAT DEAL.WE WILL SEND EVERYBODY WE KNOW TO THE GUYS AT COCONUT POINT FORD.PS BOBBY WE ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!!!!!

    Advertised absolute 100% guaranteed finance and waited almost a week and I had to contact them. Like the dealership but dissatisfied with results verses advertisement. I was approved at Another dealership but wanted the specific car at Coconut Point Ford. Salesman was not pushy and was professional.

    My girlfriend and I went there to buy her first new vehicle and walked away buying 2 new vehicles. Bobby Collins took such great care of us and gave us such a great deal, we were able to both purchase new vehicles. She LOVES her 2017 Ford Escape. I traded in my 2014 F-150 and upgraded to a 2016 F-150 4x4. Phil and Kerney worked their tails off to make the deals happen. I was so please with the entirety of the process, i sent my family members there to get a couple of new vehicles as well. I highly recommend giving them a chance before you go out and purchase a new vehicle. I have purchased a few vehicles from dealerships before, but this was by far the least stressful and most fluid car buying experience I have been through. I work in this industry and i could have gone anywhere to purchase 2 vehicles. There was a reason why i chose Coconut Point Ford.

    I have tried 3 times to call and make service appointment. Two times I never got thru to a service advisor, third time I was told to leave my number and they would return my call. I hope when and if they call they ask for "Mr. Blue Boy" because I'm holding my breath and waiting!! I own 2 2013 Ford Escapes that I can not get serviced, frustrating.....
