I brought my car in without an appointment, due to a flat...

I brought my car in without an appointment, due to a flat tire and needing a fender liner replacement. They worked me in on a very busy day. Put a new tire on and ordered a new fender liner. I hears awful thumping on the way home. Because it was a holiday I called and left a message. I received a message hey would call me the next day. I discovered the old fender liner had been put in the trunk and was flying around causing the thump I was hearing. Raymond Rodgers was the service man that took care of the car. Robert was the salesman that Wolf me the car and the one to email me about my concerns right away. Thanks again for taking care of this right away.

I was EXTREMELY happy when McCarthy informed me that they received my car part for my seat. Finally, I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. My big toe could be free from all the strain it went through to reach the tip of the gas pedal and the brake. Being a typical girl not knowing a single thing about cars, I failed to ask the service worker how long it would take to replace the part to my seat PRIOR to attending my appointment. I showed up without a backup plan because I figured it would take maybe an hour to fix. Instead, they told me it would take three to four hours to fix. Instead of having me wait there the entire time because I did not have family or friends available to pick me up, they had a worker drive me all the way back to my house from the dealership. I was very pleased with the hospitality of the staff and working with my needs. I highly recommend McCarthy Hyundai in Blue Springs!! Thank you! Sincerely, The irresponsible girl who failed to plan ahead.

Unscrupulous Business!

Only there to make a profit, this business took advantage of me! It was not a win win... they marked the vehicle up from the price I found it at on the website claiming “because your trade in isn’t worth much.” They sold me products that I thought CAME WITH the vehicle, and wouldn’t provide floor mats. The car has broken down twice in need of some very expensive repairs! The headliner is pulling out of rubber seal, when I took it in to show them how they sold it to me, the said too bad, we’re not fixing it. I chose to purchase from a dealership instead of an individual to ensure that the car would be in good maintenance condition. Come to find out I’m in need of several more repairs! I’m upside down on the car now and I’ve only had it about 3.5 months! This vehicle is a 2017. I’m filing a complaint with the Attorney General!

Great experience

My wife and I worked with Robert Strong. He was informative without being pushy. We told him what we were looking for, and he showed us the perfect vehicle without trying to sell us something we didn't want. The overall experience was excellent. Highly recommended!
