Upcharges

The price advertised isn't what you're getting. They add the McCarthy "advantage" that is some dealer installed stain guard, ceramic coating, and 2 years of pointless dent removal. Wouldn't negotiate so I bought same car at MSRP elsewhere.

5 Star all the way. My sale person was great his names is Dayton Process was very easy. Went through the process and help learn about my new ride.

Don't go here!!

If you want to avoid sketchy car dealers then don't come here. They sold me a car and two days later the check engine light came on. We took it into them and they claimed they fixed it after having it for a few minutes. Two days later the light comes on again. We take it back again and they clear the code and claim they don't know what's wrong with it. I ask for my money back and they say they can't do that but they can exchange it. They say I can get a car from any Mccarthy and then back peddle and say no I have to pick from their lot and they only have one car available in my specifications. Their website is full of cars in my specifications that are in stock but no I can't have one of those. I have to pick the one car they want to offer me. Horrible customer service! Horrible owning their products and screw ups!
