First, the building is squeezed between two sister new lots, emphasizing the dinginess of this lot, complete w/ flickering light bulbs and worn out furniture.... Second, the price they list is ONLY if you use financing and trade in a car w/ <100000 miles. It does say that deep in the small text fine print, but when their initial offer for a vehicle is $2000 more than the "internet" price, this feels text-book bait and switch. So happy I drove 40 minutes for nothing.

I have been a loyal customer of McCarthy Hyundai for almost 10 years. I have an issue with my car, looks like it could be an issue with Hyundai extended... the warranty on airbag issue as my airbag light is on all the time now and McCarthy can't get me in as soon as possible. So with this light on I have no driver airbag per the service representative. To me this is a pretty big deal. So when they could get me in I asked if they had a loaner car as I work fulltime and that's when I'm told they no longer offer loaner vehicles. (This is one of the reasons I chose McCarthy because of this service they offered their customers). So, I'm praying that nothing happens to where I would need my airbag to deploy! I have NEVER taken my vehicle anywhere else for service or for ANY oil changes and this is what I get as being a loyal customer. I have always given good responses to my surveys that are sent to me after my service experience, so this is very hard for me to post this but I feel it's necessary.

I bought a 2014 Dodge Ram and traded my 2014 Dodge Ram. For the most part they were good and quick to let me test drive it. The vehicle was in good shape,... clean. And the salesman was really nice. My biggest complaint was when the talks about my trade came up. I don't know who the appraiser is or the manager or who ever prices out the trade but they are just terrible. Please do not insult the buyer by giving them a low ball number for a trade on a truck that is worth 2 to 3 thousand more than you were going to offer. They finally got to the price KBB had but that was a little ridiculous how much I had to get them just to get there. Also, who ever the manager was must think buyers are dumb because the second he said "you know we are losing money on this trade" I rolled my eyes and said sure. They are selling my old truck for $6000 more than what they paid. Other than that, the people (minus the manager) were great. It did take forever to get all the paper work done. I was there for a good 4 hours (no joke). Just do your research and don't let them basically take your trade for nothing.

The body shop is the worst. They have had my car for 11 days and keep trying to pass of their work as acceptable. More damage has been done to my car then... when i brought it in. They are awful to deal with and I still do not have my car back.
I inquired about a vehicle online and wanted a cash price since I would have been traveling 2hrs away to look/purchase, they would not give me a cash price.... So I looked elsewhere, purchased another vehicle and told the salesman that they lost the sale due to not giving a cash price and being upfront. I then told the salesman not to call or text anymore, he proceeded after the text message to call and leave a voice message that same day and then call the next day after that. Their sales tactics is like every other mega dealership and is pathetic for a "family owned" dealership that supposedly strives on customer service.
