Before i took my truck in I explained in detail in writing and on the phone that i wanted to see how much it would cost to find why my fuel gauge was... always on empty, after i checked out instrument cluster, changed sending unit x2 tested send unit 15 olms empty 150 full, ran separate wire from sending unit to instrument cluster, performed instrument cluster test and changed it out new one did the same thing so we put original back in and tested it cluster good gas gauge still reads empty. Only item that was not tested was the anti slosh module I was told sir it will cost your $ 125 to run a complete test to find out whats going on . When i took it in to drop it off I was informed by Megan it could take many hours to figure this out . I only want to spend another 125.00 not 500 to 1000 truck is not worth it. . I will drive with it showing empty . I was told its is difficult to pull the instrument panel off . we had it off three times only 6 screws took 15 minutes . The anti slosh module is the only item we could not test. i need to call manager i fear a 1000 bill just to evaluate why cluster reads empty. when on the phone i was told 125.00 not 125.00 an hour. i will post again the findings . i will post again their cost and findings and tweet it on twitter. as of right now i am going to say based on the pre quote and quote when truck arrived was vast different. i could took it to Fa where my nephew worked . i am going to say no i would not recommend but this could change, see my second review . i basically do not trust dealerships. Had a bad experience with a Jim Massey Chevrolet.

My daughter, Cassidy, and I were shopping for a used car for her very first car. We ended up going with a new car because of the rebates and great deal... offered to us.
