    The sync system on our 2016 F150 was completely dead and we were in route back to Lakeland Fl from Ft. Walton Beach. I coundn't image a 7 hour ride without music so as we spotted Hub ford I pulled in to see if a mechanic could help. Sales man JC Collette met me at the door and said the service department was closed but he would try to help me. He was able to reset the sync system in less than 10 minutes and had us back on the road listening to our favorite music. Thank you JC.

    We did not receive ANY of Fords rebates and we Paid Full Price for the vehicle. We also learn that we had service agreements added onto our loan in the amount of 2300.00 that we where not made aware of until recently. Also a really big GAP policy was added on to the end of our loan. We also traded a vehicle in that had GAP on it and the dealership NEVER canceled so we could recoup that money from. Also the dealership was late in paying on former loan off after we purchased the new f150. When we called to discuss this matter my 63 yr old mother was screamed at by Sonic which is the GM in Crestview. We have traded at this dealership a few times and now we will no longer even purchase a Ford vehicle due to the disrespect from the Gm who are Sonic and Brandon as well as the Financing manager and salesman jeorge. What an experience this as been. I have always been a ford guy and have bought over 20 fords. I will now carry my business to Chevy. This was the worst experience we have ever had in our entire time we have ever purchased. We are completely done with this dealership and with ford in general.

    Amazing people! Amazing service! We dealt with JC and he was the most amazing car salesperson. I highly recommend him. He explains everything in a way that's understandable to someone who doesn't know very much about cars. It was my mom, sister, grandmother, and I who dealt with him. He didn't patronize us because we were women. He treated us as equals. It was a great experience! And he made it that way!

    James Collette was our sales rep and was very knowledgeable about the car we came to buy. We scheduled an appointment so we could test drive the car and have all questions answered. The deal went extremely smooth. James is very straight forward and does not pressure a person into buying a car. He gives honest answers and it was a pleasure buying a car from him. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. This was a great experience.
