    I honestly don't know what everyone else who reviewed this place is talking about. I posted my review on Google but decided to post on Cars.com as well.... On Google reviews this place has a 4.4 rating, and trust me they deserve higher than that. The only thing you shouldn't trust is the negative reviews listed here. They have an amazing and friendly staff. I worked with Caleb Jenkins, he was very upfront about the pricing and what was going on. The whole time I was there I not once felt like I was being lied to or misled in any way. Working with Caleb was a great experience and I would highly recommend him and this business to anyone looking for their next car purchase. I honestly didn't expect to be approved for the car I was looking at, but they worked with me and my credit to get my payments where they needed to be. Thanks again Caleb! I hope you all stay safe out there.

    I’ve had several issues here over the years. Customer service was always great, but the techs always seem to forget something. I had my tires replaced-... they underfilled, overfilled, and the tire pressure warning light kept going off. 3 times I went back before I finally went to Goodyear to get it sorted. Next, my car locks me out. Then the locks start going off as I’m driving. They say it’s the heat and replace a huge part. It no longer locks me out, but the locks go off still while I’m driving. It’s been 2 years. They said “we have to open the door and expire what could possibly be wrong.” After the last fishing expedition, I’ll deal with it. All the while, EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in for service, I ask them to check my brakes. I’m not sure they’ve done it even once, because at my last check, 155k miles, they said they were still perfect. They’ve NEVER been replaced. I go into jiffy lube today, they take off the tire in front of me, and the pads are almost nonexistent. So I need new pads and rotors. I was just at VW FWB in September. I trusted the service techs. I was CLEARLY wrong.

    I read the other reviews, but it may be that positive transactions don't always get posted online in the feedback. I decided to let everyone know that... I had a great experience. From my salesperson Chris all the way to the manager, it was a positive and professional transaction. Larry the detail guy also went above and beyond in spot cleaning the inside at the last minute to ensure it was clean. I was also allowed to pop a balloon and get a prize for purchasing a car based on a great marketing campaign they were doing in the showroom. Thank you again and God bless.

    You lock in one price and get the financing and they raise the price by 3000, will never step foot on the lot again,and WILL NOT recommend them to anyone... I know or talk to about buying cars, bad experience.

However, we did try to work with you by absorbing a down payment and approv...ing a deal with another bank but we didn't increase the price. I do wish you luck in finding what you are looking for.     What a terrible experience we had working with Mark Delavega. We had so many texts back and forth to try and secure a 2019 Atlas. 3 weeks before the end... of his lease, he let us know that he found 3 cars that fit our standard and would let us know when it would arrive. For two weeks he strung us along acting like it would be here anytime. Then a week before our lease ended, he said they had an atlas that had nothing we wanted and that was all he could do for us. Then asked my husband if he had convinced me of this other car or maybe even an Ascent. When a customer tells you exactly what they want and are willing to pay for it, you don’t convince them they want something else. Then had the audacity to call us millennials that just research because we went online to try and find another dealership that had a car we wanted. What a terrible experience!! Take your business to Pete Moore Imports. Way better experience and they even delivered our car and provided a loaner car for two days while we waited for it to be received! As a returning VW customer, I would expect much better than this from them! So disappointing.

    I think I just hooked up with the wrong sales person. I was prepared to write a check for the car I was looking at that day but the salesman was disrespectful... and insulting. Basically called me a liar. He left with a very bad opinion of the dealership. I have noticed on line that they have lowered the price of the car I was looking at, but I will not go back. The dealership might actually be very good, but the salesman only sold me on going to another dealership.
