    I had been searching for a used truck for months. I had been to countless dealerships and was getting tired of the "Used Car Salesman" persona everywhere I went. "If you buy right now, I'll get you my best price". I finally found a few F-150s with everything I was looking for in my price range. I contacted Sterling McCall to see if the truck was still available. I spoke with James Arce and he took the time to go physically check to see if it was there and if I had any questions before I came out there, so I wouldn't waste my time with an unnecessary trip. I appreciated that. When I arrived, he greeted me and took me to see the truck. It wasn't exactly as listed, and the seats looked grey in the photos, but were actually black. I didn't want black leather seats (it's Houston!), but it had everything else I wanted. He told me he would search all of their dealerships inventories to see if they had what I wanted... they didn't. He then offer to swap out the seats with the leather I wanted. I've never heard of any dealer doing that on a used car. I told him I was going to keep looking, but still liked the truck. I went to 4 other dealerships the next day, but still couldn't find what I was looking for. James and his manager, Sam, continued to look for trucks and even had another one brought to their location for me to look at. None of the other dealerships could even come close to the deal Sterling McCall was offering. I went back once more to look at the other truck, and at the first truck one more time. Long story short, I ended up getting the first truck with new seats at a price I could afford. I felt very comfortable dealing with James, and even got a better financing rate than I had been pre-approved for. I highly recommend giving him a call if you're in the market.

    We had been shopping for a newer car for my wife, my wife noticed they had a Nissan rogue that she wanted. With limited credit we filled out the paperwork online and was contacted shortly, we got word that we were pre approved so we went to look at the vehicle. It was in great shape so we decided to go ahead and buy it. The dealership was very nice, the sales people were very professional, Kim was by far are favorite. The whole process was very nice and probably the my best experience buying a new car.

    Poor follow through. I'm currently driving away with the same issue I brought my vehicle in and I've now been here twice. I told Cedric and his superior thanks for letting me drive away after two separate visits with the same problem. Great service provided by Sterling McCall!

    Went in for the 2-3hour oil change special. Told them I wanted synthetic, he assured me it was good for 6000miles and the sticker would show that. (Wanted proof as my car is under warranty, don't want something to happen down the line Hyundai telling me it's my fault since I went 6000miles after an oil change.) also was informed my car had a recall for a shifter cable clip. Well first my car did not have the proper sticker on it. It only showed 3000miles, which brings up the question, did they use the expensive oil I paid for or the cheap stuff? Also after leaving the dealer I went to take my key out and the key would not turn to the lock position (the key can only be removed when it's in the lock position) I called my "service advisor" no answer, left a message and filled out a form for him online. Nothing after a week. I then emailed the service manager who assured me I would hear from him and requested my vin and contact number. After 2 days I emailed him asking what was going on, no response again. Also if you are familiar with any of The Fast and the Furious movies and would like your car to be featured in one, goto this dealership, as this is how they drive your car.

    I was shopping for 2.0T hyundai sonata,a friend of mind recommended, sterling mccal hyundai at 10505 south west freeway in houston tx. I and my husband decided to go, on our arrival, we made a gentleman by name Paul Enyong, one of the sales associate who gave us a warm greeting, took us inn, offer us something to drink and explained exactly what we wanted to know about the car we had in mind to buy. The cars was well arranged at the lot, very easy to locate what we wanted. After we test droved the car, we fell in love with the car and we decided to buy, Paul Enyong with the help of his sales manager gave us good a deal on the car. While waiting for the finance who latter did a fantastic job, the general manager mr Raul came out to greet us. After signing the documentation in the finance that took few minute, the car was well clean and mr Paul Enyong, who is so knowledgeable show us all the features in the car again, took us to service section, introduced us to the service manager and set up our first service date. I recommend this dealership to anybody who wants to buy hyundai product.

The sales and finance folks were very responsive and kept everything moving. When I arrived to complete the purchase, everything was ready to go and once again handled with a friendly efficiency.
