Wonderful service and staff
My first experience with Audi DTLA came when I purchased my Q3 last year. It was a very smooth process, and I ended up with a vehicle that I love. Just like my car buying process, I liked the warm and welcoming feeling I received from the staff when I recently came in for service. I brought my Audi in for a flat tire, and I didn’t have an appointment as it was an unexpected event. The staff assured me they could take care of me, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen and my car on its way to repair. Daryl assisted me, and he was very personable and kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely bring my car back for the wonderful customer service, and the Audi service brand.

Great service and communication
The staff and service were really great. They were able to get me in quickly after talking through financing and buying my Audi. Marcelo was on top of it and communicated what was happening with me all day making me feel confident in my purchase. He also dropped my car off to me once it was ready :)

Byron was very attentive to detail and ensured everything was done properly before releasing the car back to me. Gave very detailed explanations of each procedure so I could understand. Was very accommodating with timing and transportation.

Don’t buy from them
DONT EVER DO Business with!!! I was looking to buy a car and came across a couple of options I liked at this dealership. I left my info for them to get back to me and of course right away a sales rep calls me and tells me to come in to see the cars. The morning of the day I came into the dealership I confirmed that the cars I was interested in we’re still there. The same afternoon I had into the dealership to find that the car I was discussing earlier has already been sold. Charles the sales rep showed me another option of a car that we agreed upon. Before purchasing I decided to do a test drive on the car to find the steering wheel was making weird jerks when you pulled it left. I told Charles I would buy the car once they fix the problem and he said no problem That they would fix the issue and give me a call to complete the purchase. The next day I called back into the dealership after not hearing from Charles to find that they SOLD The car to someone else! Without fixing it!!! Charles continued to say that as long as he didn’t receive payment there was no deal even though the day before hand he said he would fix the issue the car was having and that the car was mine! Customer service is one on the worst I’ve seen! They are only interested in getting you through the door and selling you faulty cars no matter the cost. I would never by from them again!

Exceptional online and in person buying experience
Covid has changed a lot of things finding the right car is difficult to find the right person to talk to at the dealership is worth it’s weight in gold. I can safely say I was extremely lucky to have Alan Chang helping me with my sale, he put me at ease, he was transparent with the mark ups and the equity left on my car. His communication skills are exceptional he listened to me and also gave his expert advice when needed. His manager was just as helpful. I would highly recommend Alan Chang and the DTLA Audi dealership.

Good service, recall work completed
This was my 2nd time in since I had come in once and the part had was not in so, I was apprehensive. Again, the part wasn't in, but Fernando made sure the part was on the truck, due to arrive. I appreciated that extra assurance, from Fernando. The work was done and I had my car back by EOD. All was great - thank you!
