my hood latch cable was broken and I needed an oil change. I though it would be , at most, a one day job. Oil was changed, did not receive a call to say the car would or would not be ready by EOD. I called, they told me it would be done the next day. I called late afternoon (the next day), since no one called me again. No answer in the service dept. Stopped by on my way home to check, about 3 pm, still wasnt done. Since I was there, they told me they would get my car right in, and fixed. Had to come back at 5pm to pick it up. Disappointed with the entire process.
