Javier Naveraz was Amazing! On our first visit he took time and explained many things to my mother who the car was for. We came back 2 days later for test drive and possible purchase and he once again was very patient and explained all over again about the vehicle and was just Amazing to her. He treated he with respect and wanted her to be comfortable with vehicle before we went forward with purchase.

After searching for a Kia EV9, I found the one we wanted at Deland Kia. Josue worked with me to get the vehicle we wanted at a price we wanted. Almost everything was done via text so that when we arrived at the dealership, we didn't have to be there long. Very efficient and we appreciated the fact we weren't at the dealership all day long like some places. We'll be back when it's time for another vehicle.
