    I had my eye on a Highlander since 2016. I went to another Toyota dealership last year and they did not bend at all on price and weren't even in the ballpark for what I wanted for payments. I ended up buying a Honda Pilot instead. I was researching online and noticed that David Maus had a nicely equipped Highlander for the lowest price I had seen. I made an inquiry online and contacted by Eric Lugo through text. I told Eric I had a fairly new car and what kind of payments I was looking for. He was upfront and let me know he could get it done. Even though I live over an hour away, I drove passing by several Toyota dealerships along the way. When I got there the deal was exactly what we talked about, and actually when it came to finance they were even able to make it better! The finance guy was great too, I just can't remember his name at the moment. I got delivery of car in less than two hours and was on my way. This was the shortest and best experience I have had at any dealership and will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!

    Short and sweet, you're better off just going to a different Toyota dealership ....... It was not a good experience. I was told one thing then given something else. Items listed in the add/step bars. Were removed before I arrived and when I asked what hPpened to them they said they were. Rome so they took them off and I was to continue the process without them. After I threw a fit they took it and had new ones put on. They detail job was the most care less I had ever seen and I had to detail it myself when I got it home. The list goes on. Buyer beware.. just go to the next town over and buy your Toyota, you'll be happier.

    Dishonesty is their game. When I arrived to test drive there were options removed that were there in the ad/pics. Then they tried to make me believe that those parts just don't go with the deal, until I insisted they put the options back. Theresa told me the night before on the phone that she would get me under $400 at 75 months, then when we were in the finance office she changed it to under $400 at 84 months. I did not pick up on this until the deal is done and I had left. They duped me and on top of that after the deal was finished They handed me one key and said their dealership only give one key with a used vehicle. This is absurd since the previous owner probably gave them two keys with the trade. what, are they trying to force you to buy another key as well before you leave there. The truck was still dirty when I drove away. I had to detail it/ 8-hrs when I got home. There was tobacco spit in the cupholders and stains all over the seats that I was able to get out, so why couldn't their dealership get them out. They're add says they will do whatever it takes, but they don't tell you is they will do whatever it takes to take advantage of you and buying the vehicle on their terms not yours. Buyers beware.. I feel like I was Lied too throughout the whole process. One other thing. Do not buy their "bumper to bumper" extended warranty. It is not a "bumper to bumper" warranty and if you have any factory warranty left you're better off just leaving with that, it is a Toyota after all.

Unfortunately, without exact specifics including pulling credit prior to arrival getting you an exact monthly payment by phone is difficult. We would like to understand further what parts you thought should have been on the vehicle prior to your arrival and we are only able to provide the amount of keys the previous customer trades them in with. Each customer is allowed to choose if a warranty works for them. I'm sorry you don't consider this a great value as I have a warranty on everything I own. We offer what some customers would consider piece of mind for the next several years. We greatly appreciate the opportunity and hope we are allowed another chance at trying to satisfy you like many thousands of others.     John Peacock made this experiance one to remember. He was straight forward and honest from the start and even went above and beyond by bringing in a manager to finish the deal so I knew we had the best price. Loved this guy. I now have a new view on car sales after working with him

    Beyond helpful and knowledgeable, EXCELLENT customer service from both your service writer Tony White and the mechanic working on my truck! Both very apologetic about the trouble I was experiencing with my tundra with fast and great quality work done to it, Tony kept me informed above and beyond as to what was going on and how long things where going to take to complete it, it now drives like its brand new and I will be requesting Tony and the same mechanic to work on my truck everytime from now on...very lucky to have them on the David Maus Toyota team! Thank you so much...

    I brought my car in for an extended warranty issue. they returned the car to me non-operable. had to junk the car because it was too expensive to repair. Last year I bought two trucks from David Maus for my company. It seems like they would take care of their loyal customers. But apparently not. I'm no longer a customer.

    Very easy car buying experience. My new to me vehicle was priced well and they were super generous on my trade allowance. My salesman was Marcos, he is a very kind and helpful person, very concerned that I was happy and comfortable with my deal. Ms Ratland in finance was also very nice and efficient. Recommend most highly.
