    Michelle Magyar & Andrew where great, I had been looking for a car for 2 months this was my 3rd time at Greenway Ford Why? Because I knew I would eventually find my car there even though they didn't have the car I wanted the first 2x. I had shopped around and done my research on the vehicle I wanted they always listened and showed me what they had in stock. They where ALWAYS patient and understanding. I was determined that day to get a vehicle I was tired of looking and said this would be my last time I would just keep what I had, I guess Michelle was determined too that day ¿She worked me for hours even skipped her lunch, we where both starving by the end but we found a vehicle that fit me and has more than gizmos and gadget than I thought I could afford but it fit in my budget (Andrew made sure when I came to pick it up to explain every single thing to me and how it worked in which I appreciate) and I LOVE my new vehicle. This was the 1st time I'd try to make a big purchase since my husband passed away a few months ago and was afraid a car dealer would try to get over on me because I was a female coming in alone to buy a car. I got that feeling at a few places but never at Greenway Ford everyone there was kind the atmosphere was great and felt like everyone there was family, you didn't get that sense of competition against the dealers like it's a race of who can sell the most or is the best. They all where very friendly to each other laughing and talking and willing to help the other out . That's why I chose to keep going back there until I found the right vehicle. Great job Greenway you make your customers want to come back. I will be bringing my mom in soon, I would recommend them to everyone!

    I found the care on Auto Trader, the internet team answered the questions I had about the car after work hours. I requested a call and or correspondence the next day. Promptly I got a call and a follow up email addressing the questions I had about the car. I made an appointment and followed up just before I arrived to make sure it was there. I was treated professorially, friendly and in no way pressured to purchase my car. Juan and Dale, from the internet team were able to get me a fair value for my trade in and their finance team got me an excellent rate. Signing all the paper work was smooth and easy. Again I was treated professionally and not pressured to purchase any warranty or product I did not want. The icing on the cake for the whole experience was it took less than two hours. When we go to purchase my wife's car we will look at Greenway. Thank guys! Jaime

    On Feb 3 of this year I wrote a review about the service dept of this dealership! They had some obvious issues with their mid level management and with some of their techs! After extensive talks with Mark & Brian things were straightened out and I was assured that they would take care of me from here on out! I called Mark today to get an oil change and I was pleasantly surprised with some changes that have occurred in the last few months! "There is a new Sheriff in town" and I am pleased! He is kind, considerate and professional! David Addison was nice to work with! My service went well, I was shown the issues they found and most importantly treated with respect! Thank you! I did not work with Becky today but the people I worked with are not listed!!

    Greenway has treated me with the proper respect and courtesy you worry you will not get as a female customer! They were fast , courteous, reliable and informative. They did not try to sell anything I did not need! They have taken care of me on several occasions when needed with the ut most respect!

    John Kuhl was my sales rep. I knew in advance what car I wanted but was concerned about the financing. I did not have very much credit and thought it may not happen. Before I actually even went to the dealership John had worked with the finance guys and already had me approved and the rate was even less than what I had originally thought. Everyone there was super nice and at the end of the day they got the job done and I am very appreciative. I would not hesitate to buy my next car from John Kuhl and Greenway Ford.

    This was a car that I had dreamed of owning for over 30 years and finally I was in a position to finally make a bucket list item come true. I initially was thrilled with my purchase from Greenway Ford and wrote a great review. However it turns out that my vehicle had been in an accident in 2014 and this was not disclosed to me, in fact I believe that I was deliberatly deceived and lied to by Greenway Ford. They knew of this and hid it from me and actually showed me a carfax report that didn't reflect the facts, or something to that effect. I spoke to Lee Mitchell, the General Manager of Greenway Ford and he basically told me to bad for you. This is a dishonest and downright dirty car dealership,,,,Go to any other Ford dealership if you want to be treated with any shred of integrity.

    Upon bringing my vehicle in for routine maintenance, i.e. oil change and tire rotation, I left the service center with inoperative front automatic windows. I brought it back to the service center at my next earliest convenience to notify them of the problem, only to be told that it would cost a base charge of $120 for a issue diagnostic. I explained to the service manager that the issue only started occurring following my routine maintenance and that, as a college student, I could not afford this high price for a mere diagnostic. As a loyal Greenway Ford service customer, I am extremely unsatisfied with this service, and for the lack of understanding and ownership of this issue that I'm sure is minimal and nowhere near worth the $120 base charge that I was being required to purchase. I do not recommend using this service center for routine maintenance, considering you can find not only more affordable service but also more understanding service elsewhere.

Unfortunately, as we discussed, the oil change and tire rotation service we performed on your Fiesta would have had no effect on the operation of the windows. There is, however, a possibility that the operation failure may be related to the door latch safety recall performed by Sawgrass Ford last year. My offer to diagnose the concern still stands.     Carlos Tejeda was the worst sales man, if i didnt know what i was looking for and bought the car because i wanted a car like that i would have never bought a car from there and when they showed me the car fax there was no reported accidents but when i bought the car and checked the car fax out of curiosity it had a accident i would have never bought it if i knew it had an accident. I would never go there again and suggest everyone to double check their car fax of the car they are purchasing and not fall into the same mistake

    Jamal, While we did our best to explain this on the phone we apparently were not able to, so I want to take another opportunity to do so now. Every vehicle on our website includes a link to a Carfax report. The Carfax report is the ONLY report we show to clients. There is no other report that we use here. Clients have access to the Carfax for any vehicle 24/7 through our website and are able to see a full vehicle history, including accident data. We offer this free to our clients as we believe it is an essential part of the client being full informed regarding their purchase. Given the ease of access that clients have to this information it would be without reason to suggest that we would attempt to "hide" any information on a vehicle's history from a client as the history is available through a simple click online. We do pride ourselves on integrity and honesty. That is one of the reasons we provide a Carfax for each and every pre-owned vehicle directly on our website that customers can access from the comfort of their home or that we will provide them here at the dealership. While we are sorry that you were not happy with your purchase, we feel we have conducted ourselves with complete transparency and provided all relevant information in an easily accessible fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.     We drove from West Palm Beach to Orlando to purchase an F250 from Dale Agard. Dale was very knowledge and hospitable on the phone and made us feel comfortable right away. When we arrived at the dealership the truck was washed and gassed up and ready for us to test drive. No barriers to the purchase which made our drive and visit to Orlando all the more better.     Michelle Maygard was the associate who helped me from the beginning, she was informative, pleasant, sweet, and patient. She truly made my first experience easy and quick, I truly appreciate her help and in helping me make the decision in purchasing my 2016 Elantra. I would recommend anyone to purchase a car at that dealership. Everyone from the receptionist to everyone I came across were friendly, and very helpful. My financial advisor was also amazing in explaining everything that I signed. All I can say, I was very weary about going to Greenway and it was my first stop and last bc I left happily and satsisfied. Great Job Greenway!!!
