Worst year of my life dealing with a car we purchased

Me and my fiancee purchased a car last year around this time and were looking for a brand new car that would last awhile till we had a our own little family. But the sales person pretty much refused to get her into a new car because her pavements would be around $350 a month for a new car and we didnt care because we could easily cover that financially. The sales person got us in a 2013 Ford Focus with only 35k miles one thing we thought about was why would a almost brand new car already be back at a dealership unless something was wrong. Me and my girlfriend are very nice easy going people and we took the Ford Focus Se and it has been nothing but xxxx. With all the recalls on it. We have taken it in to get them fixed and nothing was ever fixed. The transmission has slipped since day 1 and they told us nothing was wrong with it was the computer in the system which is a lie. The car idle and shakes at lights and even shuts off. I was driving back from Disney with my pregnant fiancee now and 3 months going about 60 on I4 to get home and the car just shut off and I had now power steering, no brakes and no power in the car. When we got the car to eventually stop by pulling the E brake for about a mile it finally stopped. We sat there for a minute and started the car up and the car acted like nothing even happened. Now the cars check engine light came on and we had a half tank of gas in the car this morning I work 15 minutes away and it was at 145 miles to E this morning and my job is only 5-6 miles away and the car kept going and going down in miles to 70 miles to E. We have called Ford and they just said the take it back to have work done it and everything should be fine and if its not we can turn the car back in and get a new car. Thank you Greenway Ford for totally xxxxing up the last year of my life.

Excellent care and concern for ther customer.

The advisor was very informant on my vehicle service for the 5,000 mileage (Change oil/filter and rotate my tire). His tech inform him that where was another issue, in which he inform me that I needed a 4-Wheel adjustment. Reason, because it show wearing mark on the tires. Thank You, for looking out for my interest and safety.

Great service

I would recommend the service but not the brand. My car has only 14000 miles and had to have the transmission module reset. The service dept. was awesome but I would never redone bed anybody to buy a Ford.

Good services

I purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion. Staff was helpful and accommodating. We had to hurry to get to a concert, the staff did what they could so we would get to the show on time.

Kudos to the Service Department Team

Attn: Service Department, I have to say that Becky, my service adviser, is always professional and quite pleasurable to work with; especially since I only have my '14 Mustang Roush serviced on Saturday mornings. She keeps me informed on the progress of my service while I wait, which I must say is very reasonable. Beck is very resourceful as well, as she knew exactly where to go to help me find the tires I need for my baby, making sure that my baby is in tip top shape when it is returned to me after the service work is completed. As for the rest of the staff in the service center, they always pleasant and very helpful. Greenway Ford Service Department should receive a service award of the year, well at least the last four years that I've been bringing my cars to your department for service. Kudos Greenway Ford Service Department team! Paul D.

Purchase of new F 150
