    My experience at the Reed dealership was great credit to Mr Andrew K who not only perform his job at an outstanding level but also took the extra mile to facilitate all my questions and concerns. In the end I bought a vehicle and was very satisfied with the whole deal. Highly recommend Reed Nissan and Mr Andrew K if you're in Orlando for a vehicle purchase.

    !!!!STOP!!! Go to another store. Because this store is franchised and because they don't care about the client. We took a Nissan Altima to get fixed to find that our car was lost for some hours they couldn't find. Bad organization. Once found they postponed serviced of the car for training purposes. After 3 exhausting days we find that not only will they not help with drive and customer issues but they also detached the bumper. And won't fix what they broke also claiming it wasn't them. After showing proof that the car was not like this before. They offered a 10% discount but won't fix it. I've tried to talk to the management but they will not budge. No help came from Joey Ruiz or Niki. After telling them we had a warranty they added it to the price even with that slogan that every Nissan comes with power train warranty but if you don't ask you don't get it? What? They treated us like pest and annoyances rather than Being any sort of helpful. I won't go back

    I had the pleasure of working with Jeffery. Eventhough I was not able to purchase a vehicle it was a great experience. Jefferey was very polite and very focused on getting me a deal. Jefferey made it worth it tge time and effort. Reed Nissan will stay a top Dealership with employees like Jeffery. If I am ever in a need for a new, used or any vehicle I will definately consider Reed Nissan and Jefferey the Salesman. I say if tou are in the need for a vehicle ASK FOR JEFFEREY. You wont be dissapointed!!!!

    I have been in customer service my entire life and unfortunately Customer service is severely lacking in today's environment......NOT so at Reed. Everyone from Karen, Michael and Nikki have exceeded what I have come to expect...let's face it, when shopping for a new car, price is important but not everything. Without service, caring for the customer etc, price means nothing. I walked away from several dealerships because of stuck up attitudes.. Not so at Reed. All of them made the experience fun. They close at 9PM., after deciding that I was going to deal with them, Michael and I spoke on the phone several times as I was 3 hours away and did not think I could make it till after 9 when they closed. He assured me that he would wait for me. We arrived around 9:10. He was there, we concluded our deal around 10PM. Exceeded my expectations for sure. They have earned my business and I hope yours as well!

    I'll begin by saying that if it were possible to give a business 0 stars on here, that's exactly what Reed Nissan of Orlando would be getting. I regret ever doing business with them and will not be doing so again. I can't even begin to describe the horrible experience that I've had since I leased my car from Reed Nissan Orlando. From the beginning negotiating with them was the worst from the moment I walked in, we finally reached an agreement and I was ready to leave with my brand new Nissan Rogue. The salesman handing me my car told me to wait while he maneuvered it for me and proceeded to back into a pole, causing damages before I even had the chance to leave the lot. I left with their promise that they were going to contact me in order to fix it AND cover the expenses of a rental car. Not only was I never contacted, but I had to phone for the next 3-4 days (all the while being transferred over and over again) demanding them to fix my car that THEIR employed (They call him Mario) ruined. When they finally made that possible it took 10 days for them to fix the back bumper, all the while assuring me that the rental car would be covered by THEM as they had caused the damages. After that fiasco, I assumed that the problem had been resolved and went on with my life. The next incident occurred when I was waiting to receive my license plate, they took more than a month to send it, and I was even pulled over by the police because of it. They sent the license plate 2 days before it was set to expire to the WRONG address, despite the fact that I made sure to clearly tell them NOT to send it to the address on my driver's licence as I'm a student at UCF living in Orlando. They did not take responsibility for their tardiness, and instead chose to blame the tardiness on hurricane Matthew...so they sent me the plate 2 days before it was set to expire, to the wrong address and somehow the stall in the post office as a result of hurricane Matthew was the only excuse they could provide. Fast forward about a week of transferred phone calls and they finally were able to provide an additional plate from the dealership after I threatened them with having to cover any citations or tickets if I should be pulled over for this issue again. Fast forward to November and Hertz (the company they got my rental car from) began billing me for rental charges that Reed Orlando was denying. Nissan ended up refunding me the amount that Hertz had taken from my bank account, after 2 weeks of back and forth phone calls. Today (June 6th, 2017) I received another letter from a collection agency notifying me that Hertz had passed on the rental charges to them in April because Nissan had yet to make a full payment. I obtained my lease around the middle of September of 2016 and it's already the 6th of June 2017...Nissan Reed Orlando is a company of false promises and one with zero organization skills. Never have I felt so disrespected by a company. They have no regard for customer satisfaction and it seems as they they've wiped their hands clean of you once they get you to buy into whatever they're selling. They were very attentive in the beginning but once they catch wind of any issue they're having they're very quick to have you hold or transfer you to countless "supervisors" that are never available to answer. I would never recommend this location to anyone, they're a disaster and the only way to get some sort of response from them is showing up at the dealership because they have no other choice but to greet you, rather then transfer you over a million times. I can count more than 3 times that I've had to show up to the dealership in order to speak to someone to resolve my aforementioned complaints. I've resorted to going over to the Clermont Reed Nissan dealership to get my oil changes and tune ups because the customer service at the Orlando location is deplorable. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

    I personally work in customer service and a high percentage of my work is over the phone so I understand how difficult people can be, and I also know what my employers expect of me and I expect the same from people when I have customer service needs. I just want to say how impressed I was with Jasmine's phone skills, customer service skills and sales skills! She was very knowledgeable, polite, easy to talk to...I just cannot get over it....you do not see this very often anymore so I wanted to let Reed Nissan and everyone else know how great of a job she does! I cannot wait to meet her in person when I come to check out the inventory!
