I had a horrible car buying experience. We walked the lot and couldn't find the car I wanted, so I ended up working a deal on another car. The salesman refused to give me a break down of the fees, including an out door price. He basically pulled up the calculator on his computer, and scribbled some numbers on the little customer information sheet the salesman takes down your information on. Again, he never printed out a worksheet with the vehicle information, or even a break down of the fees showing how he came up with the number he scribbled down on the paper. He repeatedly requested a copy of my driver's license. He stated he couldn't work numbers without a copy of my license. I then asked to see the invoice for the vehicle. The salesman walked away, when he returned I was informed I couldn't see the invoice, but the invoice price was about $2000 less than the MSRP. I requested to speak with a manager who informed me that legally they don't have to show customers the invoice, and if I had a problem I could go to another dealership. I politely said thank you and left the dealership. It was a complete waste of time. The employees at this dealership are extremely rude. If you don't want to deal with SHADY SALES TACTICS then you should avoid this store. It was a horrible car buying experience, and I was embarrassed by the salesman's tone and attitude.

Online said they had the car I wanted. Called and spoke to Keisha who told me yes, they had it. Read this site and saw SO many folks say they arrived to hear the car sold last night. So- called right before they closed, it’s there, promise. Arrived after a little over an hour drive, when they opened only for them to walk me all over the lot “looking for it” then got the “manager” to help, then I give him the VIN and - you guessed it- it sold last night. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. If your in the market for just a car, any car, then sure- roll the dice - but if your looking for a model or color - be ready to be disappointed!
False complimentary car wash
This dealership told me that car wash will always be given after the Service but The last two oil change that I've gotten from them, they haven't given that complimentary car wash even if you politely ask them for it.

They are so disrespectful, and unprofessional
I called before going there, and was assured by Felix that they had my car there, I made sure the color, and model, he assured me that they had it. I drove there, they couldn’t find it. When asked to speak to a manager, the guy said he was and he really wasn’t! Asked to speak a the director that was there, he was so rude unprofessional and treated me so bad! They are liars, and don’t care about there customers! They don’t care and I don’t recommend or will I ever buy a car there!!!

Pleasant experience until after the sale
Raul in the sales department went above and beyond to find a vehicle suitable to my needs and I valued his efforts. Jean in financing had a great personality and made the paperwork process quick and easy. However, I didn't care for what happened after the sale. When my husband and I left the dealership, we realized that the floormats were missing from the vehicle. We returned to the dealership and spoke with Raul about the situation. He told us that due to COVID, used vehicles do not come with floormats and he "forgot" to tell us during the sale. Now, we have to spend more money out of our pocket to purchase a set of floormats for the vehicle. In addition, we were only given 1 remote for the vehicle and told this is all we would get. I have always been given 2 keys for my past car purchases, so a spare would be available just in case. Again, we will now have to purchase a spare remote out of our pocket. Although the experience during the vehicle purchase was pleasant, the issues we had after the sale were certainly not appreciated and that's why I could not give this dealership a 5 star rating or recommend it to others.
